Harvey was a great guy, polite and sorted my windscreen out swiftly even though I was only with him for 10 mins and had to return to work. Great communication and I’m satisfied with the work done.

What a thing to have a stone fly up and…
What a thing to have a stone fly up and crack the windscreen on our pristine nearly new car! In 42 years of driving I've never experienced such an alarming incident (and hope I never do again!). Anyway, as soon as we arrived home I was on the computer to find out what to do next, and once I'd succeeded in taking a photo of the damaged windscreen I was advised that a replacement would be required. It was a very straightforward matter to make the booking, and the staff at National Windscreens were tremendous and very friendly indeed. The appointment was for a few days ahead, but in the event I received a call to ask me to bring the car sooner. I was warned on the website that the fitting may take about four hours, and I did wonder how I would entertain myself for that length of time seeing that National Windscreens in our area is situated on an industrial park outside the city of Bangor. I need not have worried as I arrived exactly on time and my car was taken in almost immediately, and about 50 minutes or so later I was told that it was ready. The guys were terrific and I can't praise them enough; they made what could have been an extremely onerous morning into a pleasure, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone! The only issue was that it was a bit of a job to find them on the industrial estate so I would recommend that anyone having the unfortunate experience of a cracked windscreen should arrive a few minutes earlier than their allotted appointment to give sufficient time to find the workshop. Definitely an A+++ experience (although I hope that I won't have to visit them again!).

Brilliant service
Had paid £75 online for a new windscreen when i arrived the gentleman who worked there said he could fix it for only £10 so i got refunded £65 that was amazing and fair play to him for telling me that! It shows they put service before money 10/10 thank you!!
