Guys were helpful and polite
Although I was in hospital when replacement windscreen was put in, my wife said the repair guys were very helpful and polite. Everything done quickly and efficiently and they were very informative about how to look after your windscreen.

Poor service
Windscreen broke. Reported within 20 minutes. Easy process but was lied to about when the job would be completed. Reported on Tuesday. Told job would be done AM of the Thursday. Got email or call Wednesday (cannot remember) telling me that it would be the following week before the Windscreen would get fitted. Car was undrivable due to damage and my partner on maternity leave could not drive anywhere.
If I was told truthfully how long it would have taken i would have opted for a different supplier.
Cannot fault the guy doing the job. No issues there but you need to work on communication. You guys caused the delay and I shouldn't fall victim to that.
