I had been having some issues with my utility contracts, no one willing to offer some help so I could align my accounts. Until one day Cheryl called me and explained how I could benefit from the recent market dips.

fortunately NUH managed to get me a very good saving and reduce my bills dramatically

One star is one too many.
I had a contract arranged with Yorkshire Gas & Electric.
I then had a phone call from National Utility Hub telling me that Yorkshire Gas & Electric had cancelled the contract and that i needed to arrange with Utility Hub a new contract before the prices increased.
The next thing i Knew was Yorkshire Gas rang me and said another company was trying to take over the account but they put a stop to it.
This all took place around November 2022.
I never heard from National Utility Hub until 13th September 2024 and this was from a debt collecter demanding money.
I was lied to just so there staff could get sales up.

I must say the service from National Utility Hub is superb. Angela who I delt with from the start has been brilliant. I have been trying to get a gas meter installed for two years with little help from the main supplier. Angela not only achieved a great deal for us managed to a meter installed.

Lisa made organising a new electric contract as easy as ever, and even managed to get a better price on our contract even after we’d agreed it. As quick as ever.

Very accommodating and able to work around the schedule of our treasurer who is a volunteer. Lisa provided us with quotes on the day we requested so that we could decide what to do, and was happy to answer questions as they came up in order for us to make a decision, which was useful as we are a small charity.

Lisa looked at our accounts, went through all our bills and found competitive prices on all of them. We have a complicated setup but Lisa took the time to figure out what was going on to make sure we had everything in place as it should be.

We now have a much improved energy bill and they have paved the way for us to leave a horrendously inefficient energy company. I have been dealing with Lisa Marriott at the National Utility Hub. She was lovely and got me a great rate that others were not able to beat. She was also very patient while I waited for other quotes to come in. Lisa also kept me right where another quoted price was not quite as good as it had seemed, saving me from signing up to a contract that could have caused me issues down the line.
Very happy with the service and I have asked if she/they will call me when the contract is nearly at an end so they can requote at that time.

After having huge problems with a company overcharging our business Cheryl Murtagh stepped in and helped. What she achieved was invaluable and actually stopped our business going under. She gave 110% attention to us. She also sourced a much better deal for us with a new electricity supplier. Cannot praise enough.

Have been having very bad experience with scamers, national utility hub are an amazing trustworthy company, I had the pleasure to deal with Lisa marriot she helped me with all my problems and she was so reassuring made everything work like magic. recommend this company very highly 💯%

We had issues with incorrect bills and meter readings with our supplier that we had tried to rectify directly but got nowhere for almost 18 months! Harry at National Utility Hub said he would deal with the matter on our behalf and he couldn't have been more helpful, only a few weeks later and we finally have correct energy bills and are due a refund from our supplier....happy days!

We were first contacted on a number of occasions by Laura McGreevy who was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. At first we weren't able to use the services she was offering, but a change in business circumstances meant that we needed help, so we reconnected and i have to say that Laura was great and when we were ready to switch handed us over to Harry Chirnside, who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with; very personable, reassuring and just lovely. From start to finish they both made the process seamless, and stress free, even after a minor hiccup with the old suppliers, and i've never before experienced such great service from an energy broker - they genuinely wanted to source what was the best deal for our business. Both are a credit to Natioanl Utility Hub and i would recommend anyone looking to change suppliers to get in touch with them - as business owners, our time is better spent on our job and let NUH do what they do best.
