Excellent customer service
I commend the professionalism of NP's customer service but would recommend that they review their logistics provider(s). The first 2 deliveries arrived with damaged goods. The products, for the most part, were packaged sufficiently so I can only assume the damage occurred in transit. None the less, NP responded to my communications within 24 hours and dispatched replacements in a timely fashion.

fast delivery, no problems apart from the fact that the boards delivered were much darker than shown on site. not a big deal for us but may have caused problems for others.

Was trying to buy shower panels
Was trying to buy shower panels. Was given the runaround from everyone online and instore until I found National Plastics. Called their head office in Tamworth and spoke to a very friendly and very helpful lady. Popped into my local branch in Poole, guys there were very helpful, even when I'd cocked up and they sorted it out straight away. Super product, cheaper than most with free next day delivery. Great bunch of people - well recommended!

Prompt delivery of superb panels. Our plumber commented on the excellent quality at a very reasonable cost and free delivery too. They look even better now they are installed than photo online. Very pleased customer. Many thanks. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service
I have done a few bathrooms with the panels now and am very satisfied by the customer service. There were discoloured panels on one order, but they had replacements (with extra) with me very quickly. Jobs went without a hitch and they go in extremely easily. If they would do a better range of trims/edging they would be a one stop place.

Could be more helpful.
The size of the “tiles” were dissimilar, and would not match up so we ended up having to stagger them to make it look ok. They were a mix of squares and rectangles although the picture on your website they appeared to be rectangular. There were no sizes given for the “tile pattern” only for the panel.
Also contacted the company to ask about the colours of the edges etc but was told they were not allowed to help with this.
However now finished the bathroom looks good.

I am sorry you were unhappy. There is information on the website under more information which shows the size of the panels and we do offer a sample system.
