Ordered some samples and they shipped…
Ordered some samples and they shipped on the 4th feb via Royal Mail. They haven’t turned up which is a lot longer than Royal Mail take to deliver usually. It’s disappointing as quite like the wall panels on the website so just wanted to check quality etc before I place an order.

I did my order for shower wall panels online after getting a catalog from your Newport branch, all was easy and went well, the next day I wanted to increase my order by one panel, I rang the Newport branch to ask them to add another panel but all I got was “ if you ordered on line then sort it on line! “ if you ordered in the shop I’ll have a look at it. Ok bye. Not what I expected from the same company. In It was sorted with a few email with a totally different attitude. Other than that I was happy with the product and service.

Great service and product.
We ordered. We paid. We were contacted with a delivery slot and it was delivered. We have not fitted the boards as yet but the quality is great and are easier to handle than full size boards.
