I’ve been speaking to a lady called Donna who has been amazing, explained everything I needed to know really happy with the outcome come.

I spoke with a guy called James, he was brilliant. HE talked me through everything and was very helpful. All the worries I had, were out at ease.
He was very professional and none judgemental regarding my debt issues.

Amazing amazing I couldn't ask for the best Nicky was so warm and welcoming she went through step by step I suffer from mental health and she let me have breathing space when I got a bit anxious they will go through with all your debts one by one they also ring them to give you breathing space from your debt collectors honestly don't worry pick up the phone and speak to them

Really good customer services, I spoke to a lady called Nicola, she was brilliant took me through everything and couldn't fault her.
Don't speak down to you and are very understanding.

I first spoke to Lee and I was exceptionally apprehensive beforehand as I have never been in this position, after an injury and no pay for an extended period, then using credit to pay bills and other credit found myself quite rapidly in a sticky situation.
Lee was the absolute best, made me feel at ease and as a person who doesn't like to talk about personal affairs, I found him extremely professional and friendly.
He then passed my case to another Lee (not the same person, I did security checks) who scrutinised my application, he was also extremely friendly, explained the whole process, and settled my anxiety.
I was nervous about my case not being accepted as I font know what I would do if it wasn't. Lee2 put my mind at rest.
I am now accepted into the IVA and the weight off my shoulders is immense. I no longer have payments whirling round my head at 3am.
