Ich habe gebeten, ein Einzahlungslimit von 100€ einzurichten. Jetzt wurde mein Account einfach gesperrt. („Closed here forever“) until das, obwohl ich gerade heute Nacht 60€ eingezahlt hatte, ohne dass ich spielen konnte. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?
p.s.: jetzt wurde mir per email bestätigt, dass die Löschung aufgrund meiner Bitte um ein Einzahlungslimit erfolgte. Angeblich habe man daraufhin gedacht, ich sei abhängig. Es bliebe bei der Löschung. (Und das obwohl ich noch aktive Boni habe, die ich mir z.T. erspielt habe. Zum Zweck der Anhebung meines Geldes hat man das Konto erneut geöffnet, will es danach aber wieder endgültig löschen.)
P.S.: die Antwort ist ja wohl eine Frechheit: wie soll ich denn den Kunden Support erreichen, wenn mein Konto gesperrt ist? Das ist nicht möglich. Ich kann mein Konto nicht mehr öffnen.
