Every time I do a withdrawal there's always a cancellation followed by a new verification required yesterday's attempt of a withdrawal took 14 hours when some days it takes less than two.
Your bonuses are okay when I get them but it takes about a 3-day turnaround to receive a response when I email my VIP because I choose not to use the other platforms and if I use my points at all I get penalized. I don't get awarded a bonus from VIP if so it's one or the other whereas other casinos that I deposit more at because every 100-120 I get $20 in free play no questions asked if I deposit 3 50$ deposits in my other casino then I get $27 cash back that would take me four days to achieve that with you guys.
