Quick and easy process, massive weight lifted off my shoulders.

I was struggling so badly with my debts, after going through my details I actually realised there was more money going out each month than i earned - all going out on my debts.
I found that putting all my debts together and being able to pay one set amount each month has made my life so much easier...... and the best part some of it is being written off.
Be prepared for a long call but in the end its definately worth it.

Disgraceful company. employees commit fraud in your name STAY AWAY. Have ended up £2800 out of pocket no compensation offered afte their employee was dismissed due to MIs-conduct. Manager Stevie Corden very aggresive and unhelpful

I was really struggling with managing the debts, had plenty of creditor's and having letters and calls every day. Someone asked me to contact National Debt Advice. It was really great to see Mr James he helped me out in stressful situations. On National Debtline All the team are friendly and helpful and excellent customer care. I did speak with an adviser back in Spring time and I felt the communication was good. I subsequently decided that I didn't want to go ahead with their offer of writing debts off (or something like that), I just got a debt consolidation loan from my bank a couple of months later and sorted my finances out myself. I was however quite irritated to have received a call from them yesterday. I don't know why I was being called after all this time, but I certainly didn't appreciate it, especially when I was awaiting an urgent call. I declined the service you offered months ago - I did not expect subsequent unsolicited calls. I cannot seem to email them requesting my data be removed from their system.

My request is that you don't contact customers after they've declined to move forward with your service.

I received great advice and support regarding my financil difficulties and was guided through to the best options that will keep someone dignity. Thanks everyone(T).

Dave Wright was excellent! Before calling, I was struggling to pay my catalogues, I was making all of the minimum payments but it wasn't clearing my debt, I was paying over £500 pcm just on interest alone. I felt guilty and ashamed that I was finding making payments more difficult each month and not clearing any or little of my debt. I was struggling day to day to find the money for trips to and from doctors and hospital appointments and what with the rising cost of living just compounding matters further. Dave helped me feel at ease and worked through a solution which would enable my debts to be paid by freezing the interest and opting for an IVA. I can't believe I took so long to contact national debt advice., I only wish I had spoken to them sooner because it would have eased the months/years of endless suffering, worry and ill health due to the impact the stress played in my life. Dave made me feel that debt was a two way obligation between myself and my creditors and that helped me to understand that whilst I still feel responsible for my debts, the creditors are also culpable. Dave quickly drew up an IVA which would not only cut down my monthly repayment but also would freeze the interest which would enable me to finally reduce my debts by actually repaying the debt and not just my interest! Finally I see light at the end of the tunnel, I can now see my arrears going down which would never have happened without Daves help assistance and advice! I really recommend to anyone who is suffering in the endless cycle of debt to speak to Dave Wright at debtline, he is understanding, sympathetic, humane, informative and helpful, without his help and understanding, I would be continuing to suffer sleepless nights, poor mental health and fear of answering my telephone. I am so very gratefuland totally indebted to national debt advice, thanks Dave for your exceptional support and advice!

I just got off the phone with Dave he was very helpful, great advisor, he heard me out and gave me some options that's best specifically for me and my needs, for those who are having doubts about asking a helpline about your debt just give them a ring and ask for Dave Wright, he is highly recommended :)

If like me you get into difficulties financially and are stressed out with worry. Take my advice and give these people a call. I spoke to a very nice chap called Dave. He was so helpful and informative, my stress levels started to decline within minutes. They are very helpful and will do all they can to help you. I was in a bad place with all of my debts. I had a call from a lovely man name David Wright firstly he put me at ease. He was really genuine and understood how I was feeling and he told me he was going to help me. He walked me through all my options very professionally. It's the best thing I have done and the relief I felt. I want to thank David enormously for all of his help, kind words and guidance. I can now get a good night's sleep and the constant anxiety. Fully explained with no pressure just information. I was humiliated to have to use this service after covid job losses hit our house hard, but they made sure I was reassured its nothing to be ashamed of and helped me take control again. Thank you!

Initially spoke to Sean English, spent the best of 2 hours with him going through my very long financial situation and I can not praise him enough !
The discussion was easy and comfortable. Although dealing with debt issues is not a pleasant matter, Sean made it such an easy experience … Easy like sunday mornings ( #lionelrichie 😉) !

The process was explained very thoroughly in simple terms with a high level of professionalism but yet with such relaxing and comfortable communication skills !
Not mentioning that all avenues were considered and discussed prior to being given the best guidance and advice on my options and choices.
Everything got done and dusted within a few hours and proposal written and sent off.
The initial call was followed by a further 2 short calls from another advisor Kim who again gave me the best service !
The documents sharing system these guy used is a click of a button whilst you are on the phone to them too so no fetching through paperworks for ever and ever …

Having gone through a different service through my bank before I call them, which didn’t get my “custom” so to speak because I didn’t feel I was getting the support not the full understanding of what could be done to help me out, I can honestly and genuinely recommend them to anyone struggling with debt etc …

USE THEM ! Don’t be scared . They are a bunch of people with great listening skills and understanding and compassion towards your financial issues . They reassure you and empathise with your personal situation. It is then your choice to go ahead with whatever is best for your own situation.

In short: USE THEM & pick up your phone to this organisation, they will lift a huge weight of your shoulder for whichever debt guidance you may need.
