Good deals
Was able to order special port at a great price.n There was a delay in receiving the item as it needed to be ordered from the company producing it that I was not made aware of until I called to check thus 4 stars instead of 5.

I cannot get Snap Dragon Riesling…
I cannot get Snap Dragon Riesling locally with cork seals. I don't wish to ingest Aluminum.

Would have rated 5 stars until my last order
Prior to my last order, I would have rated 5 stars. However my latest order was for 2 six bottle cases of sake and Napacabs only shipped 1 case. I contacted support (props for responding quickly) and they informed me that "our info says that there were 12 bottles in one box for this shipment. Please advise." This is strange because my order actually was for 2 cases each with 6 bottles, but the terse support message said nothing about 2 cases.
Anyway, after I "advised" with pictures and video of the 1 box which was only 1 case with 6 bottles, Napacabs did apologize and have promised to send the second case. I just hope this is not a downward trend from a place that has been great in the past.
