I recently discovered NAOA (Not An Ordinary Accessory) and it has quickly become my favourite eyewear accessory brand. Their slim, stylish glasses cases are absolutely brilliant - perfect for protecting my expensive Mark Jacobs sunglasses and varifocals without the bulk of traditional cases that never fit in my handbag.

What truly sets NAOA apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. When my initial order was stolen from my doorstep (along with other packages), Rafaelle, the owner, went above and beyond by offering a kind replacement without hesitation by intercepting my email and replying to me personally. This level of care and consideration is increasingly rare in today's business world.

The products themselves are fantastic - available in various designs and colours, they're slim enough to fit into small handbags and pockets while still protecting your eyewear. I also appreciate that they're sustainably crafted from apple vegan leather, making them an eco-conscious choice.

NAOA has earned a loyal customer in me - I'll definitely be ordering from them again and again. These clever cases also make perfect gifts for anyone who wears glasses. Highly recommended!

Naoa not only produce the most beautiful products but also have the most extraordinary customer service that I have experienced in YEARS! This product is absolutely fantastic! I was initially hesitant to order after seeing the advertisement, unsure of the quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised! It arrived in a beautifully packaged box, making for a great presentation. The product itself is exceptionally well-made, looks stunning, and is the perfect size. I made a mistake when ordering a slim glasses case but it was rectified immediately.

Bought two slim glasses cases. Quality is nice but they are too small. Doesn't fit any of my glasses - particularly far too small for my reading glasses which was the main reason for buying them. Also doesn't fit my sunglasses (Chanel). A couple of millimetres would make all the difference

Brought 2 cases a while ago and have been so pleased I use all the time. Had a small issue and the customer service were amazing! Might be cheaper ones out there but for me it’s worth spending a little more with after service like that! 😊

After years of seeing this on IG, I finally bought a couple. Very natty and I’m sure will do the job. But omg the price? £28 for a bit of faux-leather and a magnet? I suppose it pays for all the IG presence, the super website, fast delivery and the rest.

Luxury practical product supported by excellent customer service

I purchased two glasses cases and could not be more pleased with them. They arrived beautifully packaged and one has been well received as a gift, the second one I kept for myself! The cases are perfect for popping in your pocket or handbag as they take up so little space.

I had a slight problem with my case, which was my fault. Raffaele could not have been more helpful, responding in a matter of hours and rectifying the situation within a couple of days. Outstanding customer service all round.

All that's left to do is to decide which designs to purchase next.

I bought two slim glasses cases to be shipped to Austria. It wasn't evident that there would be an extra charge from Austrian customs but the minute I found there would be Raffaele agreed that the site needed clarifying that in a more prominent place and undertook to refund me for any fees. He was responsive at all times and was true to his word. The charges were pretty hefty yet Raffaele refunded me straight away. Another business for which Brexit has created a terrible barrier. I wish them luck and hope they can find a solution. If you're in the UK, however, order without any hesitation. It's a lovely product, beautifully packaged and would make a great gift.

They kept popping up on my social media and so I took the plunge and bought two, for myself and my husband. Absolutely brilliant! Take up so little space which means I can keep my glasses safely in my pocket. Fantastic customer service too - I made a mistake on my order and emailed them. An advert popped up on my social media for their vegan leather glass cases so I ordered two with a welcome discount for signing up to their newsletter. They arrived within 48 hours of my order and are exactly as described - such a clever idea to minimise space compared to traditional bulky glass cases and very stylish looking too. We took a chance having never heard of them but are absolutely delighted and would thoroughly recommend both the product and the company!
