Product works great

I love the product (toilet cleaning sheets work fantastic and are so easy to use). Ordering online is easy. Only downside was the amount of time to get the product (took over 2 weeks).

I first purchased the garden sticks from a local garden center hoping to help our evenings out in our backyard with mosquitos and frankly, much to my suprise the garden sticks really do work and they smell really great!

The incense sticks NEVER FAIL! I can sit outside and enjoy myself instead of slapping at mosquitoes. Also, the scent is very nice. When ever friends come over they always ask about the sticks and I usually send them home with a couple to try.

This order was placed and paid for on 5/17 and as of this date (6/3) has not arrived! I love your product, however this length of time for a delivery is unacceptable.

Love the products. One of 3 items despite being packaged well leaked. Took pictures of the item and sent an em. They responded promptly and within a day or two - I received a replacement. I placed an order from Nantucket for dog bug spray and human bug spray. I had a problem with the delivery and called customer service. They took care of the issue expeditiously. I have been able to test both products and they both work keeping bugs away...and they smell really nice. I was concerned with the scent of the dog bug spray but it is not overwhelming at all and it works!
I will be a return customer for sure.

I purchased two items and the smaller bug repellent had leaked all over the box, about 1/4 of the bottle was missing.

I am a mobile dog groomer and I noticed this wonderful fragrance on one of my clients and asked the owner. She showed me your product and I placed an order to try on my own pups. First let me say the package was packed perfectly when it arrived, thank you. My client has 2 black PWD and she stated this product worked great. She is out on trails a lot. I am located in NH in a very wooded area. Looking forward to seeing if I will get the same results.

Wonderful product, ingredients, pleasing scent, beautiful packaging, great misting spritz, user friendly website, expeditious shipping. Highly recommend the company and their products

I love these products, they really work and smell amazing. However, the pumps on the larger sizes are difficult to use when you're trying to spray hard to reach places, and sometimes don't work at all. My last shipment had to be refunded because the 8oz bottle leaked inside the package, totally destroying the incense sticks. Shipping that bottle with a screwtop is a recipe for disaster. Not all is lost, I placed the soaked canister (which interestingly unravels like a can of popup biscuits) under my chicken coop to repel rats.
