Scamming company charges a monthly subscription fee for no reason.

I saw an ad online last year for nanosocks. And I decided to buy a pair to see if it would help with my neuropathy. Socks arrived, but I have VERY wide feet and could not get them on at all. So, i just tossed the socks someplace and never ordered any more. Starting May of 2025, they started charging my Discover account $38 for a subscription. I have no idea what the subscription was for as I never got any product or benefit. Since it's a 'subscription' Discover will automatically push the charge through even if you have gotten a new Discover card number. I was never warned that they'd charge me for a subscription, but that doesn't matter to them. This is an evil company.

What a bunch of losers luckily my grandmother has someone like me who knows how to cancel and unknowingly subscription she buys some socks one time and yall charge her 38 dollars a month of your nano bullshit app what a joke taking advantage of folk.

Do not do business with this company They are a bunch of scammers !!
I bought socks from them. Once they have your credit card number they charge you a monthly charge of $38
for a non existant "subscription".
Bunch of crooked scammers.
Scammers did refund my credit card charges when confronted with the unauthorized charges.

being taken advantage of

first I order the leg supports..and you had the nerve to now add 38.73 a month to my card...I am a senor and can not afford this on my card each month...I have tried to call you many time and after 2 min. you hang up or say leave a message...which you do not call back...I have put a complaint in with the BBB and if I have to will close out this card...which should stop you from adding this to my account

Good product but beware

I liked the support wraps that I purchased following ankle sprain and ankle break, HOWEVER, the site was charging me a monthly fee for 'informationand support!
It took me a while to find (my fault) as I HAD placed a second order,and even ordered some for a friend, but when I finally dug deep to see what was charged/when, they were charging me for 10 months!!
Have gotten this cancelled, and a partial refund from the company.
Just beware of your charges, or reoccuring charges.

I admit they felt good when I put them…

I admit they felt good when I put them on. A few hours later, my leg above the top of the socks became painful. It was swelling and had deep gauge in it. I have mild edema in my feet and ankles. IF you have foot pain the socks may help. It did not help with mild edema, just caused more pain. I was very disappointed. I'll go back to my Tubigrips.

BEWARE..The socks are nothing special-just O.K. BUT they charged my credit card for something I did not buy or subscribe to. The girl said she would credit it back to my card. We'll see. Check your credit card statement well after your purchase or don't purchase.

This company is a con.
They have been taking money from my account on a monthly basis, which I knew nothing about.
I received socks from this company is 2024. Without me realising, they have been taking £38.73 every month for a subscription I never signed into. After I contacted them they stopped one payment but ignored my request for the other 7 payment.

Don’t do it

Don’t do it! I tried to order two pairs of compression socks. They asked me did I want ask these other offers tacked on to which I clearly clicked no. What should have been around $30/35 they ended up charging my card $107. They would reimburse me cause the package had already shipped. When I got package I didn’t open it and returned it. They only reimbursed me $85 of the $107 saying they don’t reimburse for shipping when it was their fault in the first place. Total rip off! And Facebook should be ashamed for allowing them to advertise. Crooks.

The credit was just issued in may! Worst company ever. Order from amazon! I was even dealing with mark rios.Rios. what a joke!!!

Scam company

Scam company, added 4 items that I didnt order, I ordered one pair of socks for my father, should have been $32.94, ended up being $143.00. Immediately called them and they stated that items had already shipped, including items I had never heard of. After calling paypal we realized that they signed me up for an auto subscription without my consent which Pay Pal was able to cancel. Complete scam of a company.

I'm 54 yrs old and I've been a driver @ ups for over 30 yrs. Immediate relief the moment I put them on. They do not feel like they are squeezing your legs like others do. Easy to put on and take off. I can't explain why I don't have any pain once I put these on, but my feet are ready to go once they are. Worth every penny to me.

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam; you do get socks but you also are charged monthly at $35-40/ month for a “support site”, whatever that is. I have never agreed to this nor have I accessed it.
When I called customer service I was told that I checked the box & agreed to it but I did not. When asked to speak with someone like a manager, I was told there was no one to talk to.
DO Not Buy These Socks!
