I bought a pair from you earlier my dog ate one of them. I called you. I texted you twice. I emailed you and nobody ever got back in touch with me so your customer service sucks but I like the product. It seems to work good for the price don’t give people an email address if you’re not gonna respond to it that’s just bullshit.

I had to pay extra for the regular, normal shipping because if I didn't, which would have made my grandmother wait 2 weeks for her hearing aid. It still hasn't arrived yet. I already paid way over $300 for this. This was a very stressful process.
Hard to return
I've been trying to call and no one answers. I bet sent a few emails for an RMA number so I can return it. And I've got no response. All I need is an RMA number so I could send it back. This is an unused product that we ordered by mistake.

I have purchased Nano hearing aids
I have purchased Nano hearing aids in the past and my recent purchase is probably my fourth one. This time I bought the Nano Audacity hearing aid which can be controlled through an app for your cell phone with bluetooth.
Needless to say, it is the best purchase I have made from Nano as it is so simple to setup and use and the sound the Audacity system produces is fabulous. I can now hear things that even earlier versions of hearing aids didn't produce. I'm more that 100% satisfied,
It so easy to order and the support fom Nano is second to none.

Nano aids fit best of all the aids I have tried and returned from other makers. (I wish they were exactly the same as the first pair I bought; the difference is in the tunnel-sound I experience now and did not before; rest assured, I will experiment. Probably user error.)

I sent a notice that I did not receive my second item and after looking closely I see more. I was to receive the silver latest units and I have two flesh colored units. Both are the red wire units (right side). The second should’ve been blue wire set up for the left side. I had to turn in wrong side. I did not receive a charger. I had no response and had to pay the full price even though the price went to half price when my sales was sent in and before it was sent to me. This makes me believe and this unit was put together without being new. I am terribly upset.

3 Emails have not gotten a call back. I think I may have been scammed. Go elsewhere for hearing aids, Nano does not honor its no hassle refund policy.

RUN, don't walk, away from this company. They lie about their money back guarantee. I returned my hearing aids that I purchase about a week after I received them. They did not work. I have written proof that they received them back, but after 2 months, still no refund. They won't answer emails, and there is no phone that works, only recorded messages. THANKFULLY, I paid for them using Affirm and I filed a claim with Affirm and they investigated and refunded my money. This company is horrible to deal with.

I'm super disappointed with my experience with Nano Hearing Aids. I think their product quality is subpar - the sound clarity is okay, but the design is really uncomfortable for me. The customer support wasn't helpful either; they didn't really address my issues. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable hearing solution.

The company has upgraded its product. Better sound intensity and improved "programs" choice is offered. The control button is placed in a more accessible location. Little changes; big difference.
The full refunds promised aren’t so
Nano Hearing aids guarantees a refund within a certain timeline once they verify condition of the aids but they don’t make it easy nor do they communicate well. After more than 30 business days and no response (other than rote email - we received your inquiry…), I had to dispute via my credit card to get the refund due to me.
I purchased a pair that didn’t work for me and when I called to return them, I was pushed to try another pair. I explained that I didn’t think that would be viable as the first pair literally didn’t fit in my ears but they pushed and stead the 100% guaranteed return so I ended up taking a second pair for trial.
The second pair also did not work either. They simply don’t fit well in my ears and had significant reverb.
I returned them properly and got an acknowledgment late June, 2025 that I would be receiving the refund within 12 to 15 business days. I waited but no refund so followed up multiple times all the way into August. I did not get any response other than a pre-written email that my note had been received and they’d get back to me. I tried calling a few times as well and though they have a telephone number it disconnects you after it goes through an automated message to work through their website.
More than 30 days after the promise of getting my refund within 12 to 15 business days, I sent a final note saying that I unfortunately would have to dispute this with my credit card company but provided a few days for Nano to do the right thing as pushed and as I had in emails.
Nobody should have to dispute a guaranteed return if all is in order from a company. It was a ridiculous amount of time and there is no reason for me to have to go through my credit card company for the company to do what’s right.
As part of the dispute, I got a call from my credit card company saying that the company said I never returned the product. I fortunately had kept all of my emails back-and-forth and sent the credit card company proof that Nano verified they received them and that I would be credited in the 12 to 15 business days as noted by their policy (first acknowledgement was end of June) and here we are well into September.
This experience is unusual and unacceptable. I cannot recommend Nano and suggest anyone who engages with them to be wary and keep really good records in the event they have to go through what I went through.
