Excellent Service
I received my order with some damage, but the customer service was excellent. I contacted the team and received a prompt, helpful response. A replacement was dispatched quickly with no hassle, and the whole process was handled very professionally. Really impressed with how efficiently the issue was resolved. Excellent service overall, and beautiful product.

I bought 3 items 4 months ago , I was disappointed with the quality of the kitchen spray . It seamed cheap compared to the bottles being of good quality . The spray has now stopped working . I have now had contact from the company and a replacement is being sent out . Thanks namie

Great company to deal with. Firstly the quick delivery of the well packaged goods was great . Customer service was excellent - when I had a small problem with my order it was quickly rectified with a replacement item swiftly delivered.

Luxury products
The products are amazing quality and give your bathroom a luxurious feel - similar to being in a 5* adults only hotel. Jamie was extremely polite & helpful with letting me swap a product I no longer needed and pay extra to change to a product which better suited our needs. Would 100% recommend and use again.
