Namenecklace Omdömen

Excellent customer service and I was picky on one of the hair colors. They were so patient and helpful to me! Received the order and my grandchildren are going to love these!

A total scam! They advertise quick delivery times, they pretend that they're based in the UK but they're in China. My items never arrived or might arrive in a few weeks which will be too late as I placed an order for a Xmas present. I contacted the customer service that doesn't care at all...

Very easy to deal wit. Their customer service is Excellent I made probably three or four changes on my brickheadz and they did every one of them kept sending me it for proof I’d make another change they sent another proof. The product arrived. I put it together. It was missing a few pieces which can happen. I sent them an email stating I was missing some pieces they asked which pieces I gave it to them and they sent another email stating that they were making them and they will be shipping them out. They gave me timelines and everything excellent service.!! Would order more in the future for sure. The instructions in putting it together are fantastic. So simple.

I bought a custom project and it came on time and with all the beads, tools and instructions. I had to contact customer service and they responded courteous and friendly. They solved my issue as I needed.

Great products and Customer Service
There was a slight mistake with one of my orders but it was rectified for free with no hassle.
Lovely keepsake photo jewellery bought as presents after a bereavement.

Beautiful item and great as a remembrance gift

Very happy. I was worried the delivery wouldn't come in time for when I needed it, however it arrived 2 days earlier than the expected delivery date. I contacted namenecklace Via email in regards to the expected delivery and spoke to a lady called Demi, she was polite, and gave clear communication and fast responses which was so helpful.

Thank you. I am excited to give this necklace to whom I am gifting it too. The photo and writing engravment is just as described when ordering.

Not received the goods and still awaiting credit for add-ons that weren't ordered

Extremely helpful and understanding. Helped me get a replacement without trying to argue with me. Very friendly. Highly knowledgeable.

下單系統有點難操作選了之後的刪減或變動都要整個重新編輯有點痛苦....
拿到之後的成品再轉軸上有點小卡不夠順(我原本以為是像捲尺那種拉開會自動捲回去的)
不過整體來說質感還行

I’m beyond disappointed. I bought a beautiful photo keychain to give to my daughter for her 16th birthday. I purchased way in advance to ensure I could give to her on time (5 months prior). It was still in the plastic bag it came in and when I finally gave it to her, the top snap kept popping which then made the keychain useless. I reached out to the customer service asking for just a PART replacement (a little snap) and they are telling me I have to purchase a whole new keychain. Seriously!! Terrible customer service. I even offered to just purchase the snap if they were unwilling to provide. I never write reviews but after this I couldn’t help but to let everyone know my disappointment. I get it’s been 5 months but the product should last longer than that. I even sent a video to show the concern. Ugh!!

Precisely and quality is good, very creative and nice concepts for memory keeping

I highly recommend this company, just purchased a few fathers day gifts and to say I was impressed is a understatement, the intricate details were amazing, was a bit hesitatent with the ingraved key ring but the picture on it was amazing looked exactly like the photo I uploaded, so if you are thinking of buying from this company I can highly recommend them very good products and well made , also great customer service

Great delivery , and great purchase ,
Am happy with my order and satisfied with it .

Great customer service, beautiful product. Just what I wanted! Thankyou.

Loved my two necklaces with personalized names I purchased!

Fast delivery to Spain, the keychain looks good and the projection of the image is good. Overall good product

Printing on the front is a bit fainter than I was expecting, but still visible. Good quality item overall. Happy with order, would order again. Thank you!

Very happy and was very quick at arriving which i was worried it wouldnt reach in time for my anniversary. 100% would use again and tell people to use

The company itself are really helpful, the product I’ve ordered is really detailed and done it exactly how I wanted it.
