Order took longer than expected to arrive.
Had to chase the company twice to find out where the order was.
Eventually arrived five weeks after original order.

Svar från Namelabelco

I am so sorry. On this occasion we have to put our hands up and say we let you down. We pride ourselves on our communication but unfortunately as much as we tried to hurry it along with the factory it was very delayed and for this I sincerely apologise. I will refund you in full for all the inconvenience this has caused.

Kindest regards,

Emma

I never received my name labels

I never received my name labels. I emailed the company providing the details after making the purchase via a Little Bird offer, as per instructions, and heard nothing from them since.

Fantastic service!

I made a mistake whilst placing my order, when I called customer service I got straight through to a really pleasant lady who was very understanding (despite my thinking the company had got the order wrong-oops!) She knew what had happened immediately, was able to explain to me what had gone wrong and the order I needed to make. Not only that she didn't charge any additional cost to resend the correct order to me which i though was very kind as it was my mistake in the first instance. The new order arrives the very next day. Would absolutely use the company again!
