Initially, I encountered an issue with a deed poll order due to a mistake on my part and quickly reached out via email to have it corrected prior to processing. However, almost two business days passed without a reply.As a result, I felt compelled to consider other options for getting my deed poll because their customer service seemed lacking.Update: Fortunately, the customer service team got back to me swiftly, addressing my concerns effectively.Much appreciated!

Straightforward form to fill in and once sent a prompt service was executed. Good communication and delivery of paperwork.

I made an error on a deed poll I ordered and promptly emailed them to rectify the mistake before processing. I have not yet received a response to my email after nearly two working days.

I’m afraid I will have to obtain my deed poll from another source as their customer support is inadequate.

Update: I have received a prompt response from the customer service team which has resolved my queries satisfactorily.

It says on their site that deed poll gets delivered in the next 2 working days. That is not true. Neither I have received my deed poll, its been more than a week waiting now, nor there has been any reply to my emails. Poor service. Guess these reviews are fake.

I’ve been meaning to change my name for years but got so anxious because it’s an official legal change so I never got around to doing it. I did a few google searches as I finally sat down to research and I first looked at a few other official companies offering Deed polls but I wasn’t reassured by the trust pilot reviews. After a little more researching I found changemyname.org. I checked the trust pilot reviews and was satisfied with them so went ahead and ordered the

- Additional 8 copies (which were recommended) - £30
- Online digital archive (to request any further copies if need be) - £5
- Priority processing - £5
- Optional name change kit (for extra safety and reassurance) -£29.95
- Plus the delivery fee - £5.95
Total £95.85

Obviously if you do not want to purchase the optional name change kit it would make the process more cost efficient.

I ordered the deed poll at 3:17pm on Wednesday 26 Nov 2025 (which was after the 3pm cut off for same day processing)

I received all documents on Friday 28th Nov 2025.

The customer service - I haven’t needed to contact customer service so unable to provide feed back on this.

Overall experience - It’s been such a breeze from start to finish and as an anxious person I really benefited from the Name change kit as it highlighted the priority people I needed to inform along with template letters etc.

Very happy with my experience.
