I wish they gave us a option to preview to see if we like it first and see if we can adjust it if needed to be instead of just upload. I uploaded the photo I wanted and they decided to zoom it out for whatever reason and use Ai. I know because the character I uploaded didn't have a bracelet or sword. His fingers was also messed up and they cut off half the character face, hair, eyes, mouth, cheeks, and chin and I ordered a case for the s26 ultra but instead they gave me a case for the s20 plus. Camera cut out is way off and wrong. I swear case is met for the s20 plus judging how the camera cut out is. When I decided to put the case on my phone, the 2 bottom camera is covered and the top one is covered half way and it doesn't fit my phone. Totally got scam!

Just received the phone case, so much better than the website picture. When ordering, I forgot to add the upgrade I wanted and when I emailed the company, they responded immediately and offered the upgrade for free. Such a surprise to get a genuine reply rather than an automated response. The only slight issue was the amount of time it took to arrive (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) considering it was despatched almost immediately. Will be recommending Nakamacases.

I paid extra for express and I understand it may take a few days to make before shipping out but it's been 4 and half weeks and the package hasn't move sense. It still say only label created. I guess it's to good to be true. Probably I got scammed.

case came just as shown in the picture a little thin but that’s what it’s supposed to be overall good quality and good looking

I loved the website the layout was very easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted very quick the design work of all the cases is amazing and I will be buying again!!

I was worried it would feel cheap like other anime cases, but this feels solid. Raised edges so my camera doesn't touch the table, buttons click nicely, and the gloss sealant makes the design pop. 10/10

I’ve ordered a case from you guys and I’m very happy with it. I’m using it for a long time now and recently I’ve started a Naruto rewatch and I wanted to get a Jiraya case. And when I saw your side on insta again I thought I might find something and yeah I did. So I’m here again. I hope this one will also be a great case

I purchased one for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and never had any issue with it. Prices are good and quality is great! I just bought another one for my iPhone 18 Pro!

Looks cool. The camera protection can be a little higher to ensure the camera is protected. Further everything looks good for my new cases, took a while to get here tho... last cases i bought 1 ½ year ago are still holding up (with gloss protection and mag safe). As i said before delivery can be faster even the ones without fast shipping.

All cases really good quality and lasting

I repeatedly said I did not want to cancel. After questioning contradictory shipping explanations, Nakama canceled my order anyway, initially marked it ‘canceled at your request,’ then admitted they canceled it themselves because of my concerns. Full refund was issued, but the customer-service experience was extremely frustrating.

Overall I am very happy with the case. It feels good in the hand, design is very nice and looks identical to what is shown on the site.

In terms of where improvement could come. There are a few slightly sharpish edges that catch your fingers a tiny bit.

Didn’t get the right cases. Waited for weeks and paid and didn’t get my order right. Terrible service

At first i was unsure but took a chance and honestly after receiving it not regretting the chance i took at all!!! The cases are beautiful and the picture, texture etc. Quality is AMAZING!! Buying from them again 4 sure!!! Even my wife loved hers and wanted to buy new ones right away!

The case arrived after 15 days, I paid for the slow service so I do not complain about that.
But the case is made with very cheap materials, it won't probably protect your phone after a fall. Also the print quality is absolutely different from the one advertised in their website, I feel scammed. I could order the same cover from aliexpress with 5 euros and get a cover of the same quality.
I will ask for a refund because I don't trust the longevity of the cover and I do not want to risk my phone to break
