Terrible customer service

They failed to act promptly on a clear cancellation request - I had ordered two teething rollers, however I had not realized it had also signed me up for a monthly subscription. I certainly do not need rollers sent to me every month.

Once I told them I wanted to cancel the subscription, they questioned my decision and delayed — as far as I know, that’s not standard practice for any reputable company, especially when it comes to recurring charges. (I work for a 3PL and am familiar with several business rules set up by our clients).

They also imposed extra conditions to cancel, requiring me to pay a “non-subscription fee difference” before allowing cancellation. (This is not a customer-friendly or transparent policy). This is especially concerning since I didn’t knowingly agree to a subscription in the first place. And then they shipped the order after I explicitly declined it - Once I said I no longer wanted the product, the shipment should have been stopped. Saying “it’s too late” after ignoring my earlier messages is poor handling.

They also used an irrelevant subject line (“business bundles-il”) on the email.
That’s a red flag — important messages like subscription confirmations or cancellations should have clear, descriptive subject lines. As a result it landed in my junk folder, and it’s unfair to place responsibility on me for missing it.

The fact that my subscription still hasn’t been properly cancelled after all this back-and-forth underscores the poor communication and lack of accountability.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IS A SCAM

I placed an order August 15th 2025 and 15 minutes after placing my order I requested my order to be cancelled. I sent several emails requesting order to be cancelled even sent messages via their online order portal only to ignored. This morning August 22nd recieved email stating order was shipped 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Customer Service is awful for this company. There is no phone number to call. I should have read the reviews prior to placing any order. I doubt I will get my money back if I receive items then send them back….They charged my account before order was shipped…if there was 0 star option that is what I would have chosen

The product took 2 months to arrive and it doesn’t work. Barely any mist comes out.

scam!!! Do not order from this company!! Like the other reviews I ordered end of Oct 24, never received a ship notice or received the product. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. If I could give them a negative -5 I would. Not even deserving of 1 star.

Absolute joke! Still not received any refund or any response back! Been trying for over 2 months now as never received the solutions that I ordered with the nebuliser! They’re happy to take your money and not deliver the goods! Absolute scam!

Just like everyone else, I purchased the nebuliser in October and they have finally replied mid January saying “it was delivered incorrectly and are just waiting confirmation”
Whatever that means….

They are legit scams and will try and say anything under the sun to avoid being back in contact.

They will get what’s coming to them, karma is not friend!

This company are scammers!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no way of getting in contact with customer service! Sent two emails and they have not responded to any of my emails. I received the nebulizer without the saline solution that I purchased.

I ordered a product november and never received it until now. I contacted them because their website was gone. They replied and said that they have a system problem and when I asked for refund, they never replied again. I wasted money and now I have trust issues. My kid was sickly and thought the nebuliser will help with his congestion. This company is merciless. I hope this people gets karma!!!!

Shocking experience with company. Absolutely shocking. Bought a congestion nebuliser in October, it arrived worked once and broke instantly. I contacted the company and they offered an exchange which they never sent. It had been months and I contacted asking for a refund as I had to go out and by a different one. They refused to give me a refund..can you believe? Refused to give me my money back when their product was broken! Said they would charge me £25 to send it back as well. Couldn't believe what I was reading! I have tried emailing since to get a response and put a complaints in and they have ignored every single email. Absolutely awful awful people and customer service. Dreadful. Don't ever buy from these people. They are quite frankly robbing b******s!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BIG SCAM!! Ordered a product in Oct and never received it. When contacted the customer service they made an excuse about their computer system not working…. I still have received nothing and no tracking. But it’s all just a big SCAM. Save your time and money.

Ordered months ago and never received the product. It's either a scam or the worst business ever!

This is a scam and not an authentic business. BE WARNED. I
put an order for 3 products pn October 27, 2024. The debited the account and never send the order. I have emailed more than4 times only to be told they have a glitch in their system . Today is December 15 and I still do not have any email confirming when my order will be sent. I have a 16months old baby and I thought it will be handy for winter. Only to be scammed.

I feel so stupid for ‘buying’ a nebuliser from this company!
Well just burning my money really!

I ordered 27th Oct and have been massively scammed!

I’ve emailed them 3 times, surprise surprise no reply and no tacking, absolutely no trace of this item.

So annoyed with myself!

Can’t believe facebook lets these scam companies put ads on their platform, shame on you!

Never received my product, can’t track my shipment and customer service does not respond. The website gives an address in the US but from what little shipping info I could gather, it’s coming straight from China. Do not order from them.

There is absolutely ZERO customer service. I received the nebuliser but not the saline sachets which I paid over £20 for. I cannot use the nebuliser without the saline. I have sent at least 5 emails as there is no other way to contact this company and they simply ignore you. I would avoid purchasing anything from them. Also it came from China! It’s certainly doesn’t imply it’s a Chinese company when you are on the website.

I ordered my nebulizer and never received it. I spent weeks talking to customer service because it would take them a long time to get back to me. They promised to send me another one and I still haven't received it. That was 3 weeks ago. I tried to get my money back and they just kept telling me to be patient. I believe I threw away $70. I don't think I'm going to see my money back or my nebulizer.
