Très mauvaise expérience !
Je commande en fin décembre pour espérer avoir les produits en mi janvier sauf qu'en mi janvier je vois que je dois payer 30€ de frais de douane pour je ne sais quelle raison.
Je refuse de payer ça évidemment vu le prix mdr je paie déjà la commande + les frais de port et je dois encore payer 30€ allez vous faire !
Donc je fais renvoyer le colis chez eux, je leur envoie un mail pour savoir si je serai remboursée et on me dit que oui mais qu'une partie pourrait être prélevée pour l'envoi ce qui est déjà inadmissible mais bref.
Je reçois le remboursement le 11 février après presque 2 mois d'attente avec le moment où j'ai commandé mdr !
Et il y a 10.95€ qui a été prélevé pour soit disant "les frais d'expédition" alors que c'est le consommateur qui les paie !
Donc je viens de perdre 10.95€ pour rien alors que j'aurai pu me payer au moins 3 repas avec ! Honteux ! Plus jamais je commande là, juste des gros arnaqueurs !

I ordered some items from them, and after a while of not hearing anything, I called them up. Then upon finding out my parcel was lost by DBD, they immediately sent out a new one the same day and gave me a free item as well. Everything was well wrapped and packaged, just as described. My only tip would be to call them instead of email, as I found this more efficient.

The nails fell off one by one ,i went back to the shop and they refused me a refund .
I would shut the place down poor quality and service.

This is the worst company! Not recommend to spend a penny, buying anything from them.
Not mentioning that they will charge you for shipping 7£ and you will end up waiting for your purchase product over the month in the mean time sending emails in which ones no one will ever reply
On top of it you will try to reach them over the phone at least few times because they still will be not able to manage to send you your parcel, but can end up with getting a expire product like I did. Zero respect and responsibility this is what this company is willing to provide you

Product selection is great and price is even better. Normally pay at least $10/bottle of nail polish and got 6 for $21!!! Shipping was super quick and packaging ensured no damage to bottles. This was my first order but won’t be my last! 😃

AVOID AVOID!! Buyer Beware with this company.
Bought a large quantity of an item which ended up burning my hands and normally should not. As there were No ingredients listed (!?!) I reached out 3x and got no response of any kind even when just asking for clarity on what was in the product.

If you order just know you might not get what's advertised and you certainly won't get a customer service reponse when you do

This is hands-down my favorite nail supply website! I love how cheap their items are, and I love how they come in wholesale for even cheaper too! I've ordered twice from them and I'm still waiting on my second order. I have one problem with them, and that's that they require a signature when a package is delivered.
Other than that, their products are exactly as described, and they package them so great and protective!
I'll definitely be shopping from them whenever I need new supplies!

I live in Europe and was looking for a website with interesting prices for nail polistes like OPI or ESSIE. This website is serious. You get your orders in 7-14 days maximum, well packed. The expedition fee is expensive but you can order approx. 9 nail polishes (t'es to regroup your orders with friends!) for the standard package and it is still cheaper than buying them in Europe !
