Learn from my experience… do not buy from this company

I am so disappointed to ever have bought from NaiaBeach. Order arrived, tried on 2 x sweaters but they weren’t right. Without opening the packet of the leggings I saw there was a huge gold zip on the bank of the waistband. This is not suitable for Pilates so didn’t try on or the matching vest. Returned the whole order and was advised that the leggings and vest were without labels, packaging and had marks on them. Photos were attached which I couldn’t see the marks. So they refused to refund on £160 and have sent the items back to me. I’m so upset at basically being called a liar. Haven’t got the items yet to see for myself. Sam in customer service refused to accept that I did not try the items on. I actually think the labels have been removed in house so they can then claim the money. If I knew how to escalate it I would. I wish I’d looked at trust pilot before ordering.

I have bought several bikinis and a beach robe from this company and the quality and fit are perfect. I had a problem with an item (my fault) the Beach Robe and they helped me above and beyond to receive a replacement. Really exceptional service.

What a lovely lady

Today, I was at Naia boutique in St. Thomas waiting on my son to change into swim clothes. He came out into a indoor/outdoor area to spray himself with sun block. This lady who didn't not introduce herself came yelling and was very aggressive towards my son who is 11 years old. She did not see me standing there... stating dont spray in that here it gets and she didnt finish her statement when she noticed me sitting there and her tone changed. She was blond hair in a pony tail wearing a peach/red short set. I looked around to see if it was a sign posted. No sign posted. If you have rules post them. This lady that works for the Naia Boutique ruined me and my son's day. He was trying to understand what he had done wrong by this person being aggressive towards him in that moment. We came there to enjoy the beach but was met with nastiness. The lady that help my brother rent a cabana inside the gift shop was very nice and helpful. I feel like one bad seed can ruin everything for everyone else. My son did not deserve her rude and unprofessional behavior.

I’m a bit hooked on this brand- both with the swimwear and new activewear collection. I’m taken aback by some of these poor reviews! For activewear- I have tried all the main brands and haven’t had any as comfortable as NAIA or as supportive. And swimwear has never really appealed to me until I started wearing NAIA. It’s flattering, comfortable and covers where it should. The material is gorgeous. You can’t wear any of the beach wear without feeling glamorous. I highly recommend this brand. Yes it’s higher price range but that’s because you’ll get excellent fit and quality. Plus they always have great sales!

Second year using my beautiful swimwear and cover ups. Always get compliments and still washes perfect. From ordering to delivery, the process was perfect. What you would expect from a high end brand. Thank you again NAIA for making me feel great in my swimwear.

Glad I wasn't influenced by the reviews having just recieved a couple of items I purchased in their sale. Absolutely delighted with the fit and feel of both items. In fact so happy I have just ordered a couple more pieces from their Selene range! The colours are striking and i feel so comfortable with certain areas 😉 feeling really well supported. If these pieces are as good I may even treat the husband to some swimwear for our upcoming holiday 😀

NAIA beach have some of the most amazing bikinis with several beach to bar kaftans and dresses. The quality and fit is superb, you can tell they have been designed by women.... The after sales service is excellent if you require a size change. However once you find your size you'll find it's a consistent fit across all products. Well done NAIA beach for making me feel comfortable and confident on the beach!!

Bought the white Selene for my recent holiday and had so many compliments. Will definitely be buying from them again. Great quality and service. 5* all round x

Love this brand! Quality of the bikinis I’ve bought is excellent, the fabric withstands all the usual sun, sea and sun cream action and washes really well. Fit is perfect, I particularly like the tie briefs. Will be reordering again for this summer. I’ve found customer service the best excellent too on small issue with delivery.

Wouldn't order from this company again.
I returned a bikini top because it wasn't suitable and my refund was refused because of a tiny mark on the inside of one of the cups. When they sent me the photos, I honestly couldn't believe they were refusing a refund over something so small and barely noticeable.
Customer service just kept referring to their policy and wouldn't budge, which I found really frustrating. There was no attempt to reach a fair solution, just a flat refusal.
After this experience, I took a look at the reviews and can see I'm not the only customer who's had issues. The company might want to pay attention to the feedback because there seems to be a recurring pattern.
Very disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

I never received this item. After being in transit for more than two weeks, it was still not delivered.

This company is an absolute rip off. A swimsuit costing £160 is refunded minus £12.75. Trust the dreadful reviews. Do not order from this money grabbing company. There are far better swimwear companies that will value your custom and treat you fairly.

Frightfully expensive but nice products. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING.
I have returned the items TRacked and signed for which they have received, but continue to ignore my emails requesting a full refund.
I will be contacting my credit card company to request A FULL REFUND.
They have now responded saying it takes 15 days to receive the refund and they will check Monday to see where my refund is up to. Would not recommend and would not reorder

Ordered something from the new activewear range and when it did not fit I was shocked with the £7.50 return fee on top of over £5 for shipping in the first place. An expensive try on for a top that was certainly not £80 in quality either. No mention of these costs in the information available, this is not a brand that is customer focused in anyway.
Contacted customer service and no reply to emails either. I’m amazed so many celebrities have put their name to this company and their activewear launch.

Fabulous swimwear but their shipping and returns policy is shockingly poor.
Massive £7.50 shipping cost within the uk.
Then to return there is a £5.25 charge AND and £2.50 reprocessing fee.
You don’t get this with other swimwear brands. Means by the time I’ve returned an item ( which is on line only and you can’t try on in a store) the total deducted from the refund was huge! Disappointing and not customer focused.

I returned an item sent to me in the wrong size and they refused to refund. Do not buy from this company, they do not provide a professional service and I would recommend they are avoided.

I ordered from NaiaBeach while on holiday in Portugal and unfortunately had a very poor experience.

I paid £19.99 for express shipping (advertised as a 5-day service) and later an additional €45 in unexpected customs charges. Despite this, my order was not delivered to the address I provided, and after weeks of delay and repeated efforts on my part, the goods were of no use to me as they arrived days after my break

When I raised these issues with Naia Beach, their response was to place full responsibility on me as the customer, citing their policy page. No goodwill gesture, partial refund, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered.

I find it unacceptable that critical costs were not made clear at checkout and that the company does not take responsibility for ensuring delivery within the timeframe it advertises. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Naia Beach.
