for business owners who want to reduce tax
I just found them on line when I was googling. They were very quick and very responsive. The chat was very helpful though it started out with a chatbot.
Their price is very reasonable. I heard about solo401k on NPR last month. I wish I knew this long before. I would recommend them highly.

Nabers Group sales team better than customer service
I spoke with the nabers group at length and decided to purchase their service. after they took my money they sent me some forms to fill out. I had a few questions on several of the forms so I called but the person that I talked to was unable to walk me through the forms. She took my number and said someone would call me back. I did not get a return phone call so I called again. I was unable to leave a message so I emailed. no reply. so I emailed again and finally got a reply. they told me to submit my questions. I submitted my questions via email but still no reply. so I've tried to call again and leave another message but their answering machine just hangs up on you. now I'm out $500 and considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Good & Horrible
Used them to set up 401k and that went well.
They then put me on their blog list and inundated me with emails day in and day out - every single post ('Margaret liked Steve's post') appeared as a new email. When I asked to be removed, he told me to log in to the blog that I had never signed up for to begin with and set up my preferences myself. The guy was just oblivious.
