Expecting more hands on guidance
As I get my solo 401k trust established I am looking for more help and guidance to make sure I fully understand the opportunities and limitations. Poor customer service.
This company charged my account for months even though I did not sign the forms and complete the set up because I discovered a Solo401K is not legal in my situation. I reached out to Nabers to ask for a refund and they ignored my request. I followed up later and they said they couldn't find the previous email. I forwarded my original request and they ignored it and only refunded one month of fees. (It's been going on for 6 months)
