I shopped for stud diamond earrings and a sterling silver chain. The service and sales staff was friendly, helpful and patient. The stock was plentiful to choose from. I now have a wish list there and will be purchasing more items in the future.

I'm kind of confused by the question. I haven't had an experience with Zillion yet and I really hope that a situation dont arrive wear I have to use it. But if it does I hopenits a pleasant experience. Now my experience with Ray Wards jewelry was top notch. Autumn was amazing. Very helpful and kind. Everyone that works there have been awesome.

Great experience from start to finish. My Claim Concierge, Lauren, was there for me through the entire process. From connecting with my jeweler to verify the coverage and repair to sending me my shipping instructions to ensuring my satisfaction afterwards with the repairs. Zillion Insurance is definitely worthwhile and the service I received solidified my overall experience. Would definitely recommend.
