Updated with good news

Update: when the humans surfaced they were awesome and so was the customer service. Immediately sent me the missing item and very friendly. So if the below happens to you, be patient. My doggos love the new ‘toothbrushes.’

The order they sent me was incomplete. My first email to support was answered with an automatic response and links to pages that did not help. My second response, as instructed, included the subject BARK, and the response to that was identical to the first response. I answered again with the subject BARK and have received no response. They apparently have no phone service and no chat service. So apparently no service at all.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I was unaware that I would continue to be charged without my permission as “auto ship”. When I sign in to cancel, it takes me back to the login page. “Support” is just articles - no actual customer service. I am going to have to block them via Capital One and demand a refund for products I did not order. Sad.

Bite & Brush Toy Really Works!

My review is regarding the bite & brush toy. My labradoodle was scheduled for a tooth cleaning this year because she had so much tartar on her canine teeth, but after just a few weeks with the bite & brush toy (which she loves), the vet said it was no longer needed.

Where to start

Where to start! First, our dog damaged the Bite-n-brush beyond usefulness on the second use. Their warranty is a SCAM!! Send it and $19.99 to them and, after evaluation under the warranty, they might send you a replacement with your next subscription shipment. If you want it sooner, change the ship date of your subscription. With the knowledge the replacement (If we receive one!) will be destroyed in a couple of uses too, it made no sense to go through the process. Now the Pupsicle. The original one is pretty beat up, with chunks and pieces missing. Pieces your/our dogs are most likely ingesting! But guess what, that is not a covered warranty claim! We bought a new one to be able to rotate them, but this one will not open after the first use. No matter what we've tried, it is partially closed and completely useless. Guess what: That's not a valid warranty claim, either! What about the Bully stick holder? Our dog has carved groves and divots into it, which in turn created sharp, pointy edges that cut his gums. It's unsafe to use, but that's not a valid warranty claim, so tough luck, Mr. Customer. They seem to force you to maintain your subscriptions to their ridiculously overpriced refills in order to even have a chance at warranty service, which they then chose to honor or not. Entire company is a SCAM and a RIPOFF!! Everyone should avoid doing any business with them. For $13 on Amazon, I found a bully stick holder that our dog hasn't even managed to scratch yet. It's made from safe materials, is way easier to use and is actually able to be used as a stand alone chew toy if desired. One star is about 6 too many for this company.

My dog loves the pupsical but…

My dog loves the pupsical but unfortunately after using it a couple of times, it's impossible to unscrew. I've used olive oil and even put in in ice water to shrink the rubber. Nothing works. Should not have to work so hard to give my dog enjoyment. Ridiculous.

Subscription deception

Very deceptive business practices.
There is one very vague choice you make at the very beginning of making an order that turns your order into a subscription and does not call it a subscription.
When you order it's labeled as auto-ship.

It loads on the screen AFTER the add to cart button.

Try it.

Go to any product and click it. The next screen for ordering it will come up and the add to cart button and everything else is there immediately. The choice to auto-ship and one-time ship load at least 5 seconds later.
If you click add to cart immediately, you will add to cart and be pushed to the next step which does not show any information about a subscription at all.

There is then an automatic subscription created and you will get an order made for the same product the next month.
The steps to cancels subscription are at least 3 clicks deep and try to dissuade you at every step.

It is a shame that such a good product is overshadowed by such deceptive business practices.

My dog is happy with the Popsicle

I purchased the small bite & brush 1st because I thought it would be better for her dental health. My dog seems to like it.... a little. She does chew on it time to time but loses interest quickly. I had no problem canceling my subscription.
I then bought her the Popsicle, she is crazy about it. She has been playing with it alot. It is keeping her occupied. She's happy, I'm happy.

What a perfect scam

What a perfect scam! Unable to contact anyone. You get a robo-message and nothing else. Tried to cancel my subscription. Forgot my password but several attempts to have it reset failed. Couldn’t even find a phone number or address on line. The site looks so legit! Should have done my homework. Run! Do not get sucked into this scam!

Poor poor poor customer service…

Poor poor poor customer service Charlotte. I ordered three small bite and brush toys and subscribed to the refills. They sent me large ones. I contacted customer service “ Charlotte “ only by email because they only have a recorded Ph. Message. She says that I would have to pay the return shipping and only get a store credit for any open product. I guess this is another way for them to extort more money from the customer? This kind of service makes for a very sad puppy especially when the woof distributor makes the mistake and wants to charge the customer for it.

popsicles and calming popsicles

Can you give any flavor popsicles to any age dog?
I would like to try the Calming popsicles and other flavors with my dogs and new puppy but not sure if I can give any flavor are calming, pops to a 8 months old puppy. I would appreciate it somebody let me know. I just wanna make sure first and how many of the popsicles and how many of the calming popsicles a day. I give to the dogs and puppy 🐾 Thank You 🐾

Thanks for your review and great question! Pops should be fine for dogs of any age, although we recommend starting slow when you're introducing any dog (including puppies) to pops. I would recommend giving a half a pop for the first couple of times your dogs just to make sure the high fat content isn't too much for their system :)

Beyond that, I would recommend 1 pupsicle per day. I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions we can assist with!

our terrier tore thru this popsicle the first time he had it - and I'm assuming he swallowed a small chunk of plastic bc I couldn't find it. I put a request in email form to the company right away and didn't respond back within the 30days and they would not give me the part that was chewed off - I only wanted 1/2 of the popsicle that was chewed. and they declined. If your dog is a chewer these are not safe. also I tried the bone broth frozen and it took about 30 seconds for our dogs to be done w it. I do not recommend this company for multiple reasons.

Woof pupsicles…

I purchased the Woof pupsicle refill pops, the popsicle green small ball and the popsicle treat tray small at Petsmart, which cost me $49.55. I gave my dog one that evening and he was sick all night long with diarrhea and vomiting for the next three days and nights. I know it had to be the WOOF product due to the fact that was the only thing different in his diet. I contacted the company and have gotten the runaround, emails periodically with lengthy times in between. The fact of the matter is they really don’t care that it made my puppy sick. They are not going to do anything, though I did just receive an email stating that if I send proof of what I bought and where (which I have already stated, I got a PetSmart not on their website) with the date and the amount I would get store credit. Store credit being “from their website”. Excuse me, I’m not an idiot. The product made my dog very ill for three days and nights! Why would I want credit from their website. And I agree with most of the other reviews, their customer service, well actually they basically have no customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!’

Bad service and worst products

I ordered their teeth cleaning sets (large and small) for my two dogs. They were incredibly expensive $55 and came with just a few chews. I subscribed and tracking showed refills were in transit. They never arrived and refills re-shipped arrived at the same time as the second subscription. Then I got a third shipment in a couple of weeks. I had already canceled my subscription. They’re charging more than the subscription price for subsequent shipments, and want me to pay shipping to return the last shipment (automatically subtracted from the payment they charged my credit card.) I tried their “chat” twice to cancel my subscription sooner.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. On top of the poor service, I can’t see that their product has improved my dog’s teeth. My groomer agrees.

So sad… this used to be an awesome…

So sad… this used to be an awesome product, but something changed along the way and it is now junk. I work at a rescue and we have units many years old that still screw/unscrew, but my last 3 (yes, I was stupid enough to buy 3)… they all stuck after about a month. I tried to contact customer service twice, NO response.
I will not be buying more, nor will we be recommending these at their rescue. It really is sad.

Customer Service Non-Responsive

I reached out to CS on 2/18 as my order placed earlier in the month said it was ready to ship on 2/4 but hadn’t updated or arrived. I received a response from CS saying USPS didn’t scan my order and they would resend it. I confirmed my address and then never heard back. I followed up multiple times from the email chain we originally had going as well as reached out using contact forms on their website. I haven't been updated, which impacts my next subscription date. At this point, my next steps are to dispute the charge and cancel my subscription plan. My first experience with their CS team when I started my subscription was excellent, but the customer service has now been non-existent, and I haven't received any confirmation that they have received my outreach. They really should have a way to call in and a better system in place.

Really poor or nonexistent customer service

I saw an ad for their products in a game. I thought my dogs would love them! I placed an order, and am now sorry that I did. After placing my order I immediately got a shipment notification with a tracking number, but UPS says they are still waiting for the package after 12 days. Makes me think their systems are all automated with very little human interaction. Calling the credit card company will be my next step. I have emailed three times with no response from a human; just an automated message. Hire more people and quit making excuses! In the future I will check to see if there is a customer service telephone number before I place an order. Very disappointing.

Atrocious Customer Service at first but they made it right

This is an edit to my original rating of one star. After posting this, I received a response from the company. They apologized and said they have been overwhelmed by the number of messages coming in. They have already shipped the correct item to me.

I love this company's products; however, their customer service is atrocious.
I received a size small of one of the products I ordered. I actually ordered 2 XLs and 1 L.
I have been trying to find out how to exchange this for the correct size. Initially, I received a response asking me to send a photo of the items I received. I sent a picture immediately.
It has been radio silence since then. I have tried emailing and chatting and resending all of the documentation and I have heard nothing back.
I will never purchase anything from this company again. They have a great product but once you have made the purchase, they don't care.

Scam artists

I’d give this company a MINUS 10 if allowed but beware of pet companies! They think they can get away with anything, for instance signing you up for a subscription when you least expect it. When I realized they were sending me a package 2 WEEKS LATER I tried canceling according to their policy of canceling within 2 hours, which I did BUT it got sent anyway. I refused payment which is under investigation for them fraudulently putting me on a subscription. I KNOW ALL ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS so I’m VERY CAREFUL about NOT selecting them but guess what? These slimy-ass bastards give you a subscription ANYWAYS. They wrote to say I INADVERTENTLY signed up for a subscription. Frickin LIARS. It’s my mission to expose their dirty little tricks and a lot of these companies advertising on social media are nothing but scam artists. Watch your backs!

Poor customer service …

I ordered several products but was missing the bite and brush from my order! I have tried several times to get ahold of someone to correct their error! The customer service is horrible or none existent! The products I did receive were fabulous! My dog loves the pupsicles! I would love to order more but hesitate to do so because of the poor customer service experience!
