There is so much wrong with the app and service
1.unclear messaging when making a booking leaving you uncertain if your parking was booked
2. Payment taken by Vicky (after card check performed on behalf of my Way)
3. In app support channels not working, with no contact details provided. Had to search for contact centre details online. Their answer is to send you WhatsApp messages noone bothers to respond to (Vicky operations again). Sure thing people answering phones were all helpful but that's not the point!
4. We wanted to extend our parking by a few hours but app didn't offer the option 24h in advance,the chap on the phone told us their partner parking doesn't offer the option... Only for the extend parking option button to appear in the app 4h before the end time by which point we had to book with another provider, drive out and back in...
5. The plate reading didn't work at all so we had to phone in actual parking lot service every time we wanted to drive in and out.
6. 10 attempts to finish the parking session as it kept timing out
Rubbish service, awful pretend app.
