I’ve been using My Vital Metrics for several years now, mainly for their DEXA scans every 8 weeks, and honestly, it’s one of the most useful tools I’ve added to my fitness journey. Loved my body composition Dexa scan at Vital Metrics - it's incredible to get so many insights about your own body and now I know exactly what to improve, how many calories to eat, how much lean mass to put on etc.

I didn’t waste any time filling out unnecessary forms when I checked in. Before my test, I felt prepared. Alesia was very good at explaining what was involved in my VO2 max test and during the test her prompts were helpful. My first visit to My Vital Metrics in London, and I didn't know what to expect but overall it was a good experience. I was seen by Alicia, who was excellent at putting me at ease, guiding me with the various tests and most importantly explaining the test results. I hope to make this a twice yearly visit, as I was impressed with the method of testing plus test results.
