Do not book tickets with this company - they are fraudulent.
I booked tickets on January 19th, 2025 for myself and my 14-year-old son to travel to Nigeria on December 23rd. I paid $2,958.42 in full.
As the travel date approached, I repeatedly contacted them asking for our tickets. They kept telling me there were no tickets under my name and tried to charge me again.
Because of this, I am now unable to take my son to see my family for the first time. This company has provided no tickets and no refund. Extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience.

This company is a SCAM. I spoke to Michelle. The fare started off at $976.00. They called me that night to tell me that they couldn’t offer that because it was booked as a group fare. They added an additional $512 to the original price. They said I wouldn’t receive my tickets for 24 to 48 hours in an email and then called back the next night saying they wanted to make my payment in Canadian currency and did I approve of that. Right then and there I knew it was more than a scam.

ATTENTION, do not do any business with this company. They're nothing but crooks and scammers. They'll lie to you about booking fees and airline fees that they made up. Andy, Charles, and Scott are the main culprits. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back from them. I repeat, DO NOT do any business with them, book through the airline to avoid being scammed by these lowlife scumbags. I would give them a zero star if I could.

SCAM, horrible company. I booked 6 tix and on the site they were $155 each inclusive of tax. When I got my confirmation email they were $350 each with fees. I called and they said that the $155 was not available so I decided to continue with the booking because $350 was still a decent price. They sent me an email to confirm all details so they could send the e-tickets, I responded and confirmed. Four days later I still had no tickets. I called again then they told me that the rep had never processed my order and now the tix were $650 each. I said forget it. To please cancel my reservation and send me an email confirming this. I never got the email and 2 days later they are trying to charge my card which my bank detected as fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! TOTAL SCAM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I was trying to get a last minute flight ticket that’s affordable and Mr. Morris has been a big help. He was very patient and offered me the best deals. He did a very great job on assisting me. I will definitely book again thank you!

The only person/reason I’m taking
My time to write the review is because of 1 Special Person Mr. Peter Riley. Peter eliminated an issue/problem that I was having in a matter of an 1 HOUR!!!! My problem was solved. Peter displayed excellent patient & customer service support. Peter Is the only reason I would recommend this company to anyone on earth.. I was very nervous, upset, and concerned about not having my airline tickets issued when my trip is literally 6 days away. However Peter is the problem solver and I highly & extremely recommend he is promoted because if I don’t hear his voice the next I book a flight then I don’t want to book a flight with Mytripbookers.com
In closing I want to reiterate Peter Riley Is PHENOMENAL!!!!

Total hook and switch. Frustrating experience because of last minute change to my flight on Christmas Eve. I was told that i would have my original flights but they changed them.. much more... don't trust this agency.

I agree with the other comments about the standby tickt prices, but after the call and talking to Peter, he was super nice and the tickets we found on the dates and time we wanted were still MUCH cheaper than other agencies like Expeia or Priceline. We are happy and will recommend them to friends and family.

The site is advertising what they call "stand by" prices and call you back. To add more. I had Morris who was very helpful. He is only an employee. He did a great job. But to much hassle to book a Flight that takes seconds on other third party sites.

I went to a website that advertise trip to seattle . mytripbookers Had a list of flights for 150 dollars round trip. they called and told us that was standby price. Nothing was said in there advertisement. Then wanted to charge us 3+ as much to keep the booking. Witch is 2+ times the cost of going though the air line. Plese honor what you advertise

Jim Banner was very helpful and happy with their service.. will definitely give more of a review upon return of trip.

Sam was very patient and responsive when we booked our ticket. At first I was a little skeptical and thought it was a bait and switch as the price advertised was not what we were offered, however after speaking with Sam he explained the reason for the price change and we still ended up getting a good price.
