This app has changed everything for my business. I get to use all of my own branding on my estimates and invoices. I get electronic approvals on my estimates. I get an online booking link. I get paid electronically on my invoices. I can track all of my mileage and my expenses even has receipt capture.

What I like the most aside from the price, is it's so easy to use. Simple!

This app offers so much more the one I listed here and one of the greatest things is this tax center.

It tracks all of my sales taxes by state and by county. When my sales taxes are due I print off my quarterly sales tax report and write my check it's that easy.

I honestly cannot think of any cons at this time.

I started using MyTool NOW back in June for my Residential and Commercial Cleaning Business and absolutely love it! Where has this been all of my life? Honestly, the ease of use is just incredible. I can send out professional estimates and invoices to potential and current clients, track my mileage to each job, I am able to enter expenses easily while on the go. So many great functions all in one app.... I use the copy link feature for each job, to send their invoices, and that makes it easy for the customers to pay their invoices without delay. With all of the functions of MyTool NOW that I can use throughout the day, when I go home, I am able to enjoy time with my family, instead of sitting in my office finishing up paperwork. I give this app two thumbs up!! I would highly recommend MyTool NOW to everyone.

MyTool NOW has been such a perfect addition to my blanket business. I can easily send my customers an estimate, they can approve it right away, and once invoiced, they can approve and pay it right away also. It helps me track my ever growing inventory, and I am able to add expense receipts very easily. I will recommend this to anyone who runs a small business. There are some functions that I do not use, but would be helpful to others who might need mileage tracking.
