This is not a hotel
First of all, we used the apartment pick up service and the driver dropped us off and didn't tell us where we needed to go. (It was 90 euros which is 30 euros more than a regular taxi. We found this out when we went back to the airport at the end of our holiday). We had to phone a number to find out how to get into the hotel. Which wasn't clear at all. We had to go through 3 doors with codes that didn't work. There was no staff to welcome us. The last straw was the room wasn't cleaned at check in time. We were told the cleaning service wasn't booked for that day, so we had to wait an hour and a half for them to find another cleaning service to clean the room. I wish I had taken photos of the room! My son wasn't well either, and all he wanted to do was lie down. The photos you see on booking.com are not reality. In the end we booked into a nice clean hotel with actual people to talk to that had amazing friendly service. We do not recommend these apartments.

2) A private transfer service cannot be compared to a public taxi. The fare includes a dedicated, tailor-made service, and may be subject to surcharges, especially during nighttime hours.
3) On our website, we always provide detailed information about the services purchased. We appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to remind all our guests to carefully read the service description before booking. For any questions or clarifications, our team is always available via WhatsApp at +39 351 350 4832.
We would also like to highlight that such a severe judgment strongly penalizes our company, where every day our staff work with dedication to meet the needs of our guests and provide the best possible service.
