Review for Jodie at the Walnuts Leisure Centre. Orpington

I went for my health assessment yesterday 12 January 2022 with Jodie at the Walnuts Leisure Centre, Orpington. I was a really good experience and I am so pleased that I went after debating going. The assessment was carried out very professionally by Jodie Pearce. I expressed my concerns and she immediately put my mind at rest with her calm pleasant manner and thoroughly did all the checks. She even made me forget i was having my blood pressure taken as she was talking to me and putting me at ease.. Jodie had so much time and encouragement all through the assessment. I highly recommend her to others. I have also booked a slot to see how to use the equipment. Both offers are a great perk within your membership. Thank you

After a month of daily (sometimes 2x) I finally spoke with someone (Jim) who was interested in helping to fix our website problem. I have been yelled at by my boss for it taking so long to get it resolved and wasn't getting anywhere until today when I was lucky enough to get Jim on the line. He was super helpful and understanding. Kudos to you Jim!!!

Poor customer service

We paid MyTime through 9/3/2020 and they ended our subscription prior to 9/3/2020. I've requested politely to reactivate our account for 1-2 days to run some reports since they ended our subscription prematurely and they want to charge me for a whole month's subscription of $399. Does this make sense to anyone?

The point is that I sent an email on 8/26/20 at 2:13pm to cancel my subscription on 9/3/2020 which is the end of the cycle that was already paid for. Customer service also confirmed with me via email on 8/26 at 2:17pm that MyTime application will stay active through 9/3/2020 and yet MyTime prematurely ended my subscription prior to 9/3 when I'm already paid up through 9/3. Where is the integrity of your company here?

By the way, the comment you wrote is inaccurate. I did not wait for 2 weeks to reach out to MyTime. I immediately contacted MyTime on 9/4 at 5:44pm and informed them that my subscription ended prematurely. I have emails that I sent with response from MyTime. I suggest before replying to my comment to gather the facts first.

We ended the account on the day you deactivated the account. It makes sense that if you come back two weeks later and want to use your account to look at historical data, you would need to pay to reactivate the account. Our minimum subscription term is one month.

Highly recommend

I became a customer at the end of 2017. Their two way texting feature has truly improved our revenue...less no shows and more repeat business. We also love the listing management feature.

Suuuuuuuuper helpful!

I'm horrible at emailing. I routinely find emails in my inbox from interested clients requesting consultations for wedding photography. As a small business, my attention is always stretched and when I'd had just about enough of replying to old emails only getting the typical "we've already hired a different photographer, but thanks." response, I decided it was time to do something about it.

MyTime has done an amazing job of keeping me up to date with requests, getting initial info from the customizable intake form and sending out automated texts/emails to free me up to do what I'm best at worry-free.

To anyone that has the same issues (but can't afford a personal admin assistant) this is a solid recommendation. It will help you do so much more!

I Started Getting Reviews So Quickly

I started using MyTime for my personal training business a few months ago. I sent out a campaign to all of my clients and within a week or two, I had 11 new reviews. I have had the business for more than 3 years and only had 8 reviews before I started using the software.

I am really bad with remembering some of my clients that I haven't seen in months or a year, I really like how the software will automatically remind to book a session with me. Now my horrible memory is so horrible when I get booked session after session.

I would definitely recommend MyTime to any businesses that need to fill up their schedule more frequently.

Business Owners - Beware!

From a business standpoint, this is bad... MyTime collected money from clients without passing it along to us or refunding them when asked. Appointments were not at times available and there is no customer service. You have to pay to speak to someone or deal with someone over an online chat feature. We don't even have an actual account with them, they set us up and collected money without even verifying the most basic things, such as our address (they have us in California instead of Virginia). Right now, our clients are out $140 and no one will speak with us directly.

Good software and service with MyTime

Highly recommend MyTime. I find their support to be top notch. I love the program. We use it all at my salon: All the stylists run their schedule and client books with it, we check clients out, and we use it for marketing. A+.

All appointments cancelled

I have tried to schedule appointments for various services and have yet to have a single one honored. They either need to screen the service providers better, or ensure the times and dates are actually available before they list them. Extremely frustrating. My appointment was cancelled one hour before with no explanation.

Second try for different service and provider, 12 hours from appointment and still no confirmation.

Perfect

MyTime.. Wow. This company is so amazing. I have not actually spoken to my hair lady in months, to confirm my appointment anyway. I'll be up at 1am, remember I need to schedule an appointment, and bam! Booking is done! Maybe takes 2 minutes.

Can you say genius? I can.

Neat App!

Super convenient, quick and neat way to book appointments! Never have to waste time calling in and playing phone tags. It's like very own assistant! One click and appt is booked! Neat!

Book Anytime!

I love that I can book at any time of the day. When I show up to my appointments, they are already waiting for me and I'm in and out. The coolest part is they can take my payment through MyTime, I don't even have to pull out my wallet. Super convenient!

Amazing service

Such a convenient service. It's way better than having to make phone calls and texting and all the back and forth I used to do just to see my barber. I book my housekeeper, massages, and haircuts on it every month.
