Had nothing but trouble and problems…
Had nothing but trouble and problems with hmrc over the past 3 years trying to get my tax rebate, however my tax doc (Zubair) has been a massive support from start to finish. I lost my utr number and my account got blocked from the system which Zubair sorted out for me both of us have been on the phone to hmrc for countless hours over the past 3 years, with Zubair spending countless hours on the phone talking to me and giving me as much advice as I have needed to help the process. It had finally been processed and I will finally receive just under £4000. Thankyou for everything you have done for me very polite and great help

My Tax Doc assisted me with my tax return, I found the process quite daunting as this was my first time doing one. From the start of the process Zubair was clear in communicating what will happen at each stage and answered the numerous questions I had. They were on hand to support when I needed them and have exceeded my expectations how they've dealt with my return.
