I ordered from there like a month ago they said I need to confirm the address which I did they don’t reply and I still haven’t got them til this day very disappointed it’s a scam don’t buy

the clothes are really good but in missing a hoodie and im tryna contact them but they dont replay anywhere, not on mail, not on tiktok instagram or whatsapp, they need to work on there communication with the client

Of course, not every customer will always have a perfect experience, and one of the challenges we know we face is that our return process has not always been smooth. We are actively working on improving this. However, what cannot happen at our company is a case of fraud or scamming. We are a legitimate business, and scamming does not fit within our journey of building a trustworthy brand.
We also note that one of your reviews refers to December of last year – a time when our business had not even started selling products yet. Furthermore, after checking variations of your name and country in our order database, we could not find any record of you as a customer.

I came across this shop on TikTok. The delivery was quick and I ordered a tracksuit and a hoodie. The material is good and feels like good quality. I would consider ordering from here again
