This company have taken money from my account. I have never heard of them before. When I attempted to dispute, the lady refused to answer any of my questions about who they were, how they had my details, why they had been taking £36 every 4 DAYS!!! Awful company. No idea how they gather details. Please beware!

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK AND TELL THEM YOU WISH TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION TO THIS BUSINESS AS YOU DID NOT MAKE IT. THE BANK WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU TELL THEM THAT THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE REACHED OR HELP YOU

I've been charged £39 and have never heard of this company. I don't have social media so why would I sign up to this? I have no idea how they got my bank details also. I've emailed today to ask what this is about and for a refund, lets see what happens.

Mezztech had £29.88 taken from my account. I have not heard from this company before and had no email (if they were a subsidiary company for credit checks). My bank provided me with their number, surprise surprise no one was available to take my call. Their message said to contact them via email by going on their website...WHAT WEBSITE I’ve googled it and not substantial comes up. I’ve reported them as fraud to my bank. Blasted SCAMMERS!!!!

Not happy this company have taken money from my bank after countless emails asking them to stop. I don't even remember signing up to them

How do I get my money back and how long does it take anyone can help me

I have just been scammed by these aswell . Didn't even sign up for it either . My bank has said they can stop payments but only after the first has been taken . Total scumbags .whi knows what they going to do with my bank details now .

Unbelievable service! Sent 2 emails regarding cancellation of the subscription I didn’t want to make, but had to in order to obtain a loan quote. Despite the fact that they are saying they have 4 days trial before they attempt to charge, they attempted to charge my account on the next day. I have sent an email for cancellation request 10 minutes after I have subscribed. Waited 5 working days and when there was no answer, I have sent another email. No answer for the second email too. I have called the customer service line and when I told the advisor that their lack of communication is unacceptable, he told me that I am being rude and did not let me speak whatsoever. I have not said anything which is rude or disrespectful to this person, but he played the wrong card. If their attempts to charge my account continue, I will sue them! Avoid at all cost!!! This company is a scam trying to rip you off!

Con merchants allegedly might get my money back not holding my breath though

Charged £39.36 for something I didn't ask for, calling continuously for a week also untold emails, suddenly if I put 141 in front of my number so it isn't recognized, surprise surprise they answered the phone and I should have my refund in 5-7 days.
We shall see about this!!!!

Same as everyone else on here. If anyone knows how to cancel can you please leave a review and let us know. This is beyond a joke now. If we’re looking for a loan don’t take advantage of signing us into a £36 monthly fee we didn’t ask for and clearly can not afford!!

Terrible terrible!

I was looking for loans weeks back and they prompted me to sign up in which i declined and still had money taken out of my account ( 36.95 )
In which the bank wont do anything to release the funds etc i just keep getting told to contact them in which when they answer they know who i am before i even tell them! In which i find very strange however they have said last week 30th august that i should have a refund within 5-7 days in which it is now the 5th of september and i still haven't received the funds i rang them for them to say that the money shall be in my account in 3 days if not then i shall be ringing again the people on the phone are completely rude and not helpfull at all if your bank tells you about authorisation codes about releasing funds because the transaction is still pending they wont give you one because they dont have them apparently in which is ridiculous i will take further action if necessary because im in financial distress at the moment and cannot afford to lose the money its beyond me how they took money out of my account without me setting up my bank details with them! So anyone looking at this before hand make sure you dont bother because they are as useful as a chocolate tea pot!!!

Same as others have stated. Tried cancelling numerous times through email, no reply. Called them numerous times and no answer. My bank won't do anything either. Getting extremely annoyed with this. Three transactions have gone through my account (unauthorised), one of which I'm not even registered with!! Myrebuildapp.co.uk has also taken money, and on their site it says login to cancel, yet I'm not even registered!! Wits end is an understatement. Pretty sure this company is conmected to mysocialreport. Absolutely disgusting. Reporting to the police is this isn't resolved within the next 24 hours.

Found this company took money from my account, I did not sign up for this as I was on a search site and ticked not interested but still they took money , they don't answer emails or phone calls am looking to take them to court as these people should be stopped.

Same as other reviews, except it comes up on my banking as Socialstature.co.uk which is a so called website about ‘helping with your social media profile’ for impressing future employers or rubbish like that! Unbelievable that they will get away with it! Took 11p from my account on 24th June which I didn’t notice and then taken a further £29.88 yesterday (a week later!) I will be contacting my bank and I have emailed this company who have details of being registered in wilmslow? I don’t know if it’s an umbrella company or what. But i think now is the right time for me to change banks!
