I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent sofa purchase from mysleepyhead.com, as the product does not align with the specifications advertised on their website.

The website listing stated a total depth of 87 cm, yet the unit delivered was noticeably smaller than these dimensions. Furthermore, Sleepyhead failed to disclose the actual seating depth online; the delivered sofa provides only 21 inches of seating space, making it extremely uncomfortable and unusable.

When I raised these discrepancies, their support team informed me that their furniture policy only covers manufacturing defects and does not account for size mismatches. This lack of transparency regarding dimensions and the refusal to take ownership of a product that fails to meet advertised specifications is unacceptable. I am now left with an expensive, unusable item and am requesting a full refund.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious of the inaccurate sizing information on this site.

I ordered Laxe mattress from sleepyhead on 18th dec. The delivery date was scheduled on 23rd dec. The tracking was not working, it's showing like the order result doesn't even exist. I call customer care and they confirmed me that my product would definitely delivered as per the product but they couldn't tell me where is the currently at that moment. As result dec23 I didn't received anything, they told me I would get on Dec 25 , then they told dec26, it continued upto dec 28. Everytime I called them they was telling reasons and they couldn't tell one proper information about where was my product located. Due to frustration I ask refund that too they took 1 full day to confirm the refund. The main thing that got my head burst was they couldn't track their own product like where it is located or is it shipped to any facility. Worst experience from sleepyhead.

To make it worse, customer care falsely marked my order as “delivered” and even sent me a review email for products I never received. Their staff kept giving false promises, and the delivery guy said he is “too busy” and that my address is “too far,” so he’ll deliver whenever he feels like it.

I even asked for cancellation, but they refused. Calls are ignored, and no accountability at all. Because of this, I wasted days waiting at home, missed work, and had to delay festive travel plans.

This company’s operations are a complete joke. Wakefit is far more professional and reliable — Sleepyhead should learn from them. Strongly recommend avoiding this store.

purchased 2 Sleepyhead mattresses in 2023 and after just 2 years of normal use, the stitching has already come out. This shows very poor build quality and lack of durability.

Sleepyhead spends heavily on marketing to create a premium image, but the reality is completely different. Their mattresses are overhyped, overpriced, and low quality.

I feel cheated and would never recommend Sleepyhead to anyone looking for a long-lasting mattress. There are much better alternatives available in the market.
