Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with Mysie by Tahira. After placing my order, I was contacted on WhatsApp to say my suit had been dispatched — and only then was I informed that the dupatta wouldn’t be the same as the one shown on the website.

What made it worse is that they didn’t clearly communicate this upfront. They initially sent me a photo of just the suit without the dupatta. I had to specifically ask for a video of the full outfit, and only then did I see that the dupatta looked completely different from what was shown on the model. It felt quite cheeky — almost like they were intentionally avoiding showing it because they knew it didn’t match what was advertised.

When I raised this and asked if they could replace the dupatta with the one shown online, I was told they couldn’t. I was also told that I should have specified that I wanted the suit to look exactly like the one in the photo — which felt really unfair, especially since the website gave no indication that the suit would look any different in person.

To make things worse, I contacted them multiple times afterwards to follow up, but my messages were completely ignored.

And when the suit actually arrived, it had defects. The stitching on the neckline was rough and poorly done — it scratched my skin when I tried it on. Considering how much I paid for this outfit, I expected much better quality and care.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from a brand that markets itself as premium. I really hope they take this feedback seriously and make urgent improvements to their transparency, quality control, and customer service going forward.

Scammers of the years🤢 please do not buy anything from this fake brand. They just scammed you and block you straight away . After getting advance payment from you.

First time ordering from them, seemed really good to begin with and facetimed to show the outfits they had available etc. I ordered 4 items, After payment took a long while to get my order, they said one of the outfits were not available which they should have really
mentioned before taking payment.. anyway when I requested a refund they somehow managed to get the outfit, took their time sending me the suits which I was okay with, however, the dupattas were nothing like the photos, totally different design and material which ruined the look of the suits and the suits did not look exactly like the photos on their website, disappointing.

Worse customer service ever! Never respond to messages.

Awful experience, ordered four dresses from them in various sizes and they look entirely different from the website in terms of beadwork size (fat designs in reality not small delicate) and the colour was supposed to be baby pink and is this dark purple. Contacted their sales assistant via whatsapp and they stopped responding to messages, and initially told me they photoshop the dresses online so they’ll look different in reality. I didn’t expect a catfish wildly different dress even if colour was mildly different. I’ve been chasing them for weeks now and not having any response. They make you use remitly so you can’t get a refund from your bank too. Absolute scammers and horrible quality fabric and dress designs.

Products are improving day by day. And I hope in future customers will be satisfied more.

Stunning suits for Eid! Quick delivery and fab service! Overall great experience with Mysie!

I have ordered recently for my Eid Joraa. It is a pretty dress but the finishing of the dress isnt finee and neat. The management is good tho. My overall experience is good.

I ordered my clothes from them a risk taking two weeks before Eid, and usually clothes from abroad take 4-6 weeks to deliver, but my Eid clothes managed to come 9 days after I ordered to the UK, after they claimed that they would get these deliveries out before Eid. Initially I wasn’t sure about their claims to deliver on time, but they have proven themselves right, and I look forward to wearing it on Eid and making more purchases from them in future.

PSA! Do not order from Mysie by Tahira Mysie Tahira unless you want to end up stressed out, in tears, and completely heartbroken.

My sister ordered her nikkah dress and while taking the order they were so helpful and supportive but what they showed via a video call and what we recieved was completely different. They took the entire payment from us and sent a sample dress instead which wasn't even the correct size.

The duppata was incomplete, torn and covered in stains.
The best part? We recieved the dress so last minute that nothing could be done except for minor alterations and the replacement duappata that they promised to send was dispatched from their end hours before the nikkah as if on purpose. How can a nikkah bride attend her own nikkah without a duppata? Maybe mysie wanted to start a new trend on our behalf.

Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and the owner immediately blocked me as soon as I tried to contact her.
The entire ordeal was extremely taxing for our entire family.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not waste your hard-earned money on this shit show of a business.

What a worst experience at Mysie. Not even worth one star. On the top of all, unprofessional and abusive staff

Liars and typical Desi scam artists unfortunately. When you ask for updates they completely ignore your messages and calls, tell you lies that the outfit is finished when they haven't even started making them. Ordered 2x outfits and both experiences were horrible. One arrived 2 days before the even and size was completely wrong so had to pay a lot for last minute alterations. 2nd outfit they finished making it 1 week after the event had passed and wasn't tailored to size at all was just a generic outfit sent. They lied saying it was finished just so I'd send the payment but wouldn't send photos of it.

Avoid at all costs, these guys need to learn a lesson! I paid nearly £2,000 for them only to be treated like an idiot. Just to clarify I ordered these 4 months before the event and was told I'd have them within 2.5 months.

I ordered my Nikkah outfit from Mysie by Tahira in January 2024, paying for international delivery with the expectation that it would arrive by 28th March 2024. However, I received no communication from them at all. By mid-March, I started reaching out via email and WhatsApp, but they ignored my messages. In an attempt to get a response, I had family in Pakistan contact them, and finally, they informed us that the outfit I ordered was no longer in production.

When I requested a refund, they refused and insisted I choose something else instead. Considering my Nikkah was less than a month away and they had failed to update me, I felt I had no choice but to choose a different outfit from another source to avoid any further delays. I did not want to risk placing another order with them after this experience.

For about three months, I had to call them every day just to get a refund. Eventually, I was refunded, but the entire process was extremely frustrating and stressful. Mysie by Tahira's lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and refusal to take responsibility caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyous time.

I would not recommend Mysie by Tahira to anyone. Their poor customer service and deceitful behavior were completely unacceptable.
