Ordered 2 jerseys on the 30th November. The jerseys arrived on time and were both extremely good quality, flawless. I had an issue with the sizes ordered (upon the sites recommendation when ordering). When I got in touch they got back to me straight away and were able to resolve the issue without any fuss. I was extremely impressed. I have used other jersey websites in the past and none have come close to MyRetroJersey.com. I would highly recommend.

Shirt is really great quality, delivery was quick however the package turned up open but i’m not too fussed. Overall definitely worth buying from.

The website said 3-7 days delivery when I purchased the product. That was over 2 weeks ago but it hasn’t arrived only an email saying ‘being processed’ and no way of tracking. I’m hoping that this is a glitch and that the product will soon arrive and that it will prove satisfactory.
Update to reply: my order is #241599. Wow, up to 21 days (so typically up to almost month’s wait?). That may’ve been in smaller print as certainly I missed it, and curiously after 6 days I started receiving emails from you asking for this review of the product. I hope you’ll be able to help and of course I’ll happily upgrade my review on receipt of the product.
Upate 2: Hurrah! The package arrived, 13 days after purchase. All seems fine, so I am upgrading my rating. It would have been very helpful and a lot less confusing, though, to have been able to track its progress and not be sent emails, including a ‘final reminder’, asking for a review long before the package was shipped.

What a fabulous company. Staff responded quickly prior to purchase when I asked about sizes. Item was dispatched quite quickly and I received it 14 days after ordering, well within their stated delivery times. Quality of the top was fantastic but it did not fit my son so I contacted the company again about a return. Once again I was very impressed with their quick response time and they sorted out my return quickly. Smaller size on the way with no fuss. Totally lovely to deal with, absolutely 10/10 for customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I was dubious re ordering from this website in case I was scammed as it looked as if it was a newly formed company..well I could not be more wrong!!

I contacted Retro Jersey via email re the tracking of my order, and they responded to me promptly with an approximate delivery date, which put my mind at ease.

On receiving 2 Arsenal retro shirts, I gave one to my partner for his birthday and I saved the other one for his Xmas present. Unfortunately on trying it on and on always ordering him an XL size, it was too small.

I emailed Retro Jersey back who went above and beyond and said they would send 2 new shirts in 2 XL and said I could pass on the shirts that were too small - I donated them as raffle prizes for my Nephew's local boys footie team bingo/raffle night..let's just hope Spurs fans do not win them lol!!

I would definitely not hesitate to re order from this company in the future as the quality of the shirts are fab..my partner has not stopped wearing the yellow retro Arsenal shirt so much so I have struggled to get it off him to wash it lol!!
