Fantastic Platform
This is a fantastic platform for both landlords and tenants. It was inexpensive, far reaching and comprehensive. We managed to get tenants within 2 weeks of listing our property.

Great app and very easy to use. All the steps involved with finding and securing a tenant are included within the app and there is still flexibility to do some parts separately if needed.

Outstanding!
Outstanding! Self-managing multi-units was a daunting
thought.
Signing up the first tenants has actually been enjoyable and have no doubts its been done properly.
Customer support was quick and helpful when i made a mistake.

Suggestions to Improve User Experience
Everything is easy to follow; however, there is quite a lot of reading. It would be great if there were an online chatbot for Q&A or a way to ask questions to a real person online.
One more thing — the e-signature on the computer pad is not very user-friendly.
