Pickwick Jewellers and Pawnbrokers Omdömen

I have previously purchased from this company the service and prices are excellent the customer service is outstanding nothing is to much trouble they go above and beyond

clear web page, fast delivery, variety of stock with detailed information on items.

Mani from Maidstone branch was so helpful. Grab some good stuff here!

Great service and very happy with my product 😊

So glad i choose this shop, at Peckham Rye, the staff are so lovely & friendly, & a special mention to Angie the lovely manager who went over & beyond to assist & put together something very special for my 5 year old grandson for christmas, a lovely warm-hearted kind lady, she took the time to listen & delivered flawless customer service. Thank you, Hazel 🤗

I have to write and give praise to Erkan and the team.

Going in to pawn your beloved possessions out of necessity is not the happiest of experiences.

The team is so friendly, compassionate, professional, and personable that every visit leaves me in a positive frame of mind.

Charming people and their meticulous explanation of the loan contract makes the whole process less daunting.

Well done team!!!!

Werner

I would like to give a huge thanks to Lucy who was kind and caring at a stressful time ..
Totally recommend pickwicks Folkestone ..

Excellent customer service. Staff are professional and friendly. I would be more than happy to recommend this jeweller to friends and family.

Item as advertised and weight and identical to pictures

My wife was looking for a diamond ring and we saw this shop and found one also a watch which i liked in the window.

Went in and met Sam who greeted us and welcomed our visit nothing was too much trouble and best of all no hard sell.

We bought the items and very happy with the purchase and went back a few weeks later and purchased another piece of jewellery.

would definitely recommend Samuel or Sam at the Dartford branch, and if they have not got what you looking for look online at Pickwick website and any item can he brought to the branch.

Go on give them a visit!!!

Quick online chat response, quality product. This is my second purchase, next day delivery . Perfect

Lucy did a grand job, and negotiated me a discount on some earrings. It should however be noted, that she hates Christmas!

Peckham store angie helped me untangle my chain and was very polite and helpful with her services I also had a another chain which needed the pendent added on to my chain which she managed to sort both chains out with no hassle or problems 😀 🙂 very happy customer 😀 10/10 for customer service and support in the jewellery business got help as soon as I entered the shop never even waited ✋️ right to the topic as I love ❤️

I visited the dartford branch , they have some great little items I have purchased from here, today I visited and got links taken out of my watch for just 5 pounds by Samuel, he's a very lovely and friendly guy, very helpful too.

I would recomend the visit, i went to buy some currency and i was unsure of the process but I was helped by lucy who was very happy to help and made my visit quick and easy guiding me through the process, thankyou guys

Visited the Folkestone branch to sell some gold jewellery and Lucy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got a good price for a gold chain and the process was fast and efficient.

Absolutely love the ring I got .
Outstanding service .
Definitely would recommend them .

Stunning ring! Great price too. I’m so happy. Thanks Pickwick.

Samuel at the Dartford branch was absolutely brilliant to deal with. I went in asking for a clean for 3 of my silver chains and a soldering request for one of my fine pieces of silver and he dealt with my requests very quickly and professionally. Samuel also didn’t charge me for the 3 silver cleans, which I felt was brilliant customer service. Will definitely be using Pickwick Jewellers in the future for all of my jewellery needs!
