I ordered a silver necklace pendant for my mother in memory of her beloved dog. When I received it over a month later, I was not happy with the quality.
First of all, it's not silver and it's very small. It's barely large enough for a charm bracelet. Nearly $50 down the drain. I can't give this to her, she wouldn't be able to see it.

Took money from my account but never received the product, I had to contact through Facebook messages to finally get a response! All my answers were not answered and I was told to wait patiently.. 3 months later.. Nothing. Disputing the charge now, this place is a scam and has no communication! Also, weird charges were made in my bank account after purchasing this item and now I truly believe it is even more of a scam!

I don't know about this particular product. I will tell you that mypets.gift is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Ordered a photo pendant necklace from them. It took almost two months to arrive. In the meantime, I saw a problem with the order (their mix-up), and I tried to contact them to correct it. No response. Finally they sent me a tracking order from a Chinese shipping company which had no change in status for weeks. Finally, when the item arrived, yep, they used someone else's photo for my pendant. Got a pendant of two cats instead of my dog. Now messages to them seeking a solution have gone unanswered for a week. I will reverse the charges on my credit card. STAY AWAY!

The item was sloppy, unfinished & not silver which I paid extra for. I contacted the company about my issues and they basically said I can pay $15 shipping (when it's only $10) to get a remake how I originally ordered it. This company is a scam, and very rude. They told me because I make money I can pay for a remake ....how wonderful is that? I will be making all emails public between myself & this company. I only shop online and I am dumbfounded at this companies take on running a business. You gave me an incomplete and wrong order but because it cost you money I should pay for your mistake? No Thank you.

Ordered 11/17/17 still hasn’t arrived. Over 30 days later.

Received my necklace today and it is adorable. It did take over a month to receive, about a month and a half I would say. I took one star off because it could be polished a smidge better, and it came with the necklace chain but I can't put it on the necklace because of the clasps. The charm loop is not big enough to fit over the clasps.

SCAM! I saw their ad on Facebook and thought the social media giant actually checked into the legitimacy of ads before allowing them. Apparently not! They took my $44.98 and sent me nothing in return. They failed to respond to any emails. I am in the process of disputing the payment with PayPal. They think they operate from China with immunity. Do not give them your business. You'll find better sellers on Etsy.

I ordered Nov 8, and got the necklace around Dec 15. So it did take a little while, but I’m actually really happy with the product. I also never had to speak to customer service, so I can’t say much about the company’s communication. I don’t think it’s worth the $70-something that is apparently full price, but it was worth the $30-something plus small shipping fee that I paid on promo. It was a gift for my partner, and it looked exactly like his cat. Happy with the product. Sucks that so many people had such a bad experience...

I think the communication on the website could be better. It does take about a month to get your package. I got mine today the day after Christmas. I probably should have ordered earlier. The picture on the necklace came out nice just wish a little more time was spent on finishing. It is rough cut and not smoothed out. Also I ordered Steling silver and it looks and feels more like aluminum. Over all though it was cute just needs more attention to detail

Same as others ordered from My Pets on December 12, 2017. Never recieved my order or any communication with them via their email. They took money from my account! Still no product recieved or no answer from my emails.
Going to dispute charges with my bank asap.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I understand maybe a select few have actually received their orders, but that’s not good enough. I placed my order and have received ZERO status notifications except for the one telling my account was charged for the purchase- of course. All of my email inquiries have gone unanswered and I’m sure I’ll never see the gift that was intended as a sentimental Christmas gift for a family member this year. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased- do not waste your time with this scam of a website.

i received a necklace from one of my friends. looks just like my cat. she said it took a long time to receive this item, but it was worth waiting for.
looks like the company needs a better response system. did not see the original ad, so no idea where this being shipped from, or how long the ad said it would be to get this item. very happy with this. best gift ever!!

WORST company ever to order from, save yourself the headache and hassle and don’t do it. There is no number to call anyone, they never respond to emails and the jewelry has yet to come. I ordered it November 29 for a Christmas present and it has yet to come. If I could rate it a 0/5 starts I would, I don’t even believe it’s a valid company in all honesty. Fraud and scammers who take your money and give nothing in return, they can’t even figure out how to write a response email.

Horrible customer service. They do not respond back after many attempts to find out about my order. Do not, I repeat, do not order from these @ssclowns. It’s more then likely a scam!

“MYPETS.GIFT” this company is a total 100% scam. Not only have I been waiting over a month for my gift, which I am overly sure it is not coming, but every time I try and get into contact with them I get no response or something saying I don’t have a logistics number in their system. Although they have managed to completely blow up Instagram and Facebook with comments and recent pictures and have managed to delete all negative comments towards them...I have gone to multiple reviews sites on “MYPETS.GIFT” and have only come upon one positive review and over 18+ negative comments confirming that others have been scammed and wronged. Also as I first placed the order they were quick to take my money from my account but refused to give other information including my tracking number or information on when my gift would even be made or delivered. Totally reporting this repeatedly to the BBB! 😤

I have been waiting patiently since 11/25 and it is nearly Christmas. This site is blasting Facebook and I see this ad multiple times a day. I've emailed many times with no reply. I certainly I hope I receive my necklace soon and it looks nice on their site, but their customer service is beyond terrible. In this age of technology all they need to do is have an auto response to email. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I don't receive this very shortly.

I placed my order on 10/22 and it's now 12/21 and still no items. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They did respond to some emails but slowly and not with much more of a response other than to "please be patient". I've been more than patient, and now what I thought would be a great Christmas gift still hasn't arrived. I don't know if it's a scam or if they're inept. It has supposedly shipped, but there are no updates to the tracking since 12/6. Poor, poor service. Don't buy from them. What a shame that Facebook supports them.

Ordered a necklace on 11/23/17, I have not heard from the company after 2 emails asking about the status of my order. I have begun a PayPal dispute and hopefully they can get my money back. DO NOT USE this people! It is a shame Facebook has not banned their advertising.

I ordered my pet pillow for my sister for Christmas more than a month ago. I have sent so many emails and even sent them a long message on FB and nothing. This company is a scam and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Horrible wish I had checked the reviews prior to purchasing. No communication at all. Thought providing over a month was ample time to receive for Christmas. Clearly not.
