This is THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with.

My item shipped 1 month ago and there is still no tracking information to be found. I have been asking for updates and I keep being told to be patient.

This was a Christmas gift.

I ordered 2 keychains for $80 on 12/5/19 as Christmas presents. My Pets promised delivery in 13 days. It’s now 1/6/20 and I have not yet received the order despite multiple contacts with the company. Do not order from My Pets. They are a scam. The tracking and customer service links don’t work and they have stopped responding to my emails. I filed a dispute with the credit card company but I will likely never get my money back.

Don't do it!! I ordered a pendant for my daughter, who had to have her beloved dog put to sleep. Several attempts to contact them via email have been a waste of time. The canned message is to be patient. The automated customer service messenger was useless. It has been over a month with only outdated information in Chinese on the tracking site. Had I known this was made in China, I would not have ordered it. Steer clear!

Extremely disappointed! Poor quality. The quality is extremely exaggerated in their ads.

Wish I would have seen this before putting in my order!! What a scam!! If I had know this was being made in China I would not have ordered!! BEWARE!!

Sent in my pic and cc# a month ago. Cost $50. I’ve received nothing thus far. Christmas Gift for my wife. Too late for that. Hopefully I’ll receive it before her bd in Feb. ???
Big mistake going for this no name business.

Do not buy this product it is a rip off. I tried to cancel my order immediately after pushing the buy button but they refused saying it was already being made. What a load of rubbish that just arrived today. Small unrecognisable as my pet. Thin piece of goodness what type of metal that cost me way too much in my currency. I’m so sad all I wanted was a nice reminder of my loved pet. I am a pensioner who has been too trusting. That will not happen again.

Apparently this company is so not trusted that my OWN bank declined to allow my payment as did Paypal. THANK YOU TO THEM because I now know that I would most likely have been disappointed or out 142.00 dollars...BEWARE

I made a order on the dec 10th and i have been trying to contact them multiple times with no answers and I found the web side reviews are very bad. I had to call my bank and cancel my card due to the fear of my account being emptied by a unknown shell company.

this web site is a scam, buyers beware they have multiple web site with a different contact email only but with the almost the same web site layout and based on the other reviews Don't waist your time here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scam. It has been a month since I paid and still no item. No customer service. Automated “Judy” messenger just says to be patient in very broken English. The tracking info has to go through a translator but shows my order is hanging out in China somewhere

Horrible service, took for ever and the contact with them was almost to the point of them bullying me to keep items i didn't want. Looked cheaply made, blurry and hard to read; not to mention they arrived well after the 30 day return limit.

NO customer service what so ever!!!!

I also ordered a pendent a month ago and never heard from them again! I finally got an email in response to my inquiry and they said my order was canceled with no explaination!! And no offers to correct the situation. It is a scam for sure and im lucky to still have my $50. Dont buy from them!!!

I have been waiting 1.5 months for my pendant. Always get the same response if i ask customer service for help.
your package is on the way i hope you wait for it.... I spend almost 100 bucks and its gone.... pay and get nothing all scam

Engraving is very light in color. Hard to distinguish picture. Very disappointed. Wish I could return to have it done like it shows in ads.

I am shocked that there are many one star reviews. I cannot imagine what these shoppers were expecting. I sent in a difficult picture of my wife riding her beautiful pinto colored horse, knowing that I was asking a lot of the company. But the pendant is beautiful and everyone has complimented me when she wears it. I would do business with this company again in a minute!

Stole 50 bucks from me! Pay for it and get nothing. Complained and they sent me two bad links saying that someone named "Judy" will address my issue. Scam big time. Lost my service dog and wanted something special. What a heart breaker. They prey on people's emotions.

WHAT A RIP OFF!! The item is tiny and not worth its value. When you complain to them, they will try to work with you for a bigger replacement for $18. So I did, paid the $18, and received the same damn tiny thing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I placed my order of my dog that we had for 10 years that recently passed away on Nov. 26th, thinking i would get it in time for my wife on Christmas. Well, it didnt happen. I was ok with that b/c i knew it was coming from China. Finally, 3 days ago i recieved a box in the mail. I have my wife open it, and it is a COMPLETELY different dog!!! I ask for a refund, b/c on their website, it states “Guranteed customer satisfaction or your money back”! I tell them i need a refund, and they tell me they can only give me a 30% refund!!! OR, i can pay another shipping cost for them to recreate it!!! Why should i have to pay for anything at all if I did not even get the product i purchased!! Does anyone know of anything i can do to get my money back? I paid $90 for a product i did not recieve. This company is horrible!!

I really wish I’d done some research on this company before ordering. Ordered and paid for a keychain with a picture of my son and his dog that passed away a year ago. This was to be a Christmas gift for my son. I spent $43, and ordered on 12/7. Today is 1/11th and I have yet to receive my purchase. Anytime I try to reach out to them and enter my order number, I get a message, order not found. So disappointing.
