POOR QUALITY. no refunds even though it’s not worth the money and they’ve changed their products. I ordered one to match the other that I’d bought in 2020 and it’s completely different. They didn’t care

This is the second time I ordered with this site, this time it was a canvas as a gift during the holidays, I did expect some delays so i couldn't be mad. The great thing about this site is if you are unhappy at all the with outcome of the design you can work with the artist to resolve any issues. I did have an issue with the eyes, the artist responded quickly and a week later fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate the time put in because the outcome was exceptional. Thank you mypetprints! i will continue to shop with you guys for any and all pet merch!

I bought the cell phone cover and a decal for the car. I think so far its great. theres no fading to the color so I give it 2 thumbs up!

So I found this company on Facebook and they seemed to be kind of interesting and the product wasn't overly expensive it was like 20 bucks or so. So I went ahead and ordered and got the email about verification of the art and confirm that it looked good and they sent it out. It took a little while to ship but that didn't really bother me. When I received it it was exactly what I had ordered. after reading some of the reviews after they sent me an email to rate them there is quite a few of them that seem to have had issues with this company. most of them ordered products like blankets and phone cases and they had issues with their orders. The orders that were of just stickers seemed to be fine most of them seem to rate them good so I'll probably stay away from ordering custom products and more to custom stickers. Because their custom stickers turn out great my experience.

Great concept, but terrible customer service. I created a phone case for my wife with a picture of our adopted lab and the words “Resting Bark Face” above it. Got the proof and everything looked fine so I ordered it. Fast forward to when I receive it, the letters R and E are cut off due to the camera hole. I reached out to them to see if they could fix it and told me no but here’s a 30% discount for a future purchase. Why would I spend more money on a company that I have zero faith in and doesn’t take care of their customers?

I don’t understand why they would want such a bad looking result out in public representing their company either. If you want a poor quality product that they won’t stand behind, feel free to order. I would not recommend any of their products to anyone.

The sticker is absolutely perfect! It took quite a while for it to ship, but when a friend ordered they got theirs much quicker so I imagine the delay had something to do with the coronavirus. Most definitely worth the wait. Received an email with the design for approval before shipment. It looked/looks just like my good boi. Grateful for the talented artists and wonderful customer service.

This company is horrible.. don’t bother ordering from them. I sent in an order for a hoodie and 2 stickers.. the hoodie would have a photo of both my dogs together.. while the stickers would be separate (one for each dog).. I was very clear about their names.. they sent me the art work for approval. The hoodie image and one sticker links where fine except the name on the sticker was wrong. I stated this with my first response. The 2nd link didn’t work. I emailed asking if they could either resend an active link or send me the picture of the second sticker. They kept resending the bad link (3x) it wasn’t until (on the 4th email) after I send them a screen shot of the error message I got from their link.. that finally sent me the picture of the 2nd sticker.. once again, the names are still wrong. Something I’ve stated in every email I sent back.. I emailed yet again and they responded.. “your artwork has been updated”.. and again they sent the images with the wrong names.. it’s almost like they either don’t read emails. Or they simply just don’t care and hope you don’t response in 72 hours and they can just send out wrong orders. This company needs a serious overhaul if they plan to stay in business.. I eventually sent a request to cancel my order. This entire process was way too frustrating to give away $85.. I’m done! I’ll never order from them again. There are other company’s that make stickers..and honestly I don’t need another hoodies

Unfortunately I hate to write a bad review but I have too after trying to work it out with there customer service, I have emails and Facebook messages stating multiple times that I wanted three stickers total, one of each of my dogs “3” of them. Unfortunately I just lost one of my dogs so I asked if I could send one picture of all three dogs together and get individual stickers of each of them! They said they could so I went ahead with my order, once again I just lost one of my dogs after 15 great years and so I really wanted some stickers I went ahead and ordered them but I was still I’m morn that I didn’t see the price total of 100 bucks and went ahead with the order! When I received my stickers I got a total of nine stickers so I was really confused, I looked at my receipt and it showed I only ordered three, upon of receiving the stickers I didn’t have three Individual stickers of the dogs, I received two of the dogs individual and the third dog was the group photo of all three, so I wrote them again trying to figure out what went wrong why I paid 100 bucks for 9 stickers and didn’t even receive what I originally wanted of each dog on there on sticker. They would not fix the problem and send me one sticker of the last dog by her self, after spending 100 dollars I’m very disappointed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a King sized blanket in NOVEMBER. I ordered it for a Christmas present, and I never received it. The company’s excuse was that it was “ lost in the mail”. Then they told me that they were out of king sized blankets, they offered me a twin and said I would be getting a king as well twice in their email. I received the twin sized fast, but I never received the king. This month I reached out for the third time and they said that they never promised me a king. They told me that I would be getting a refund of a $7 difference for the twin vs the king in 3-7 days. Well that time frame passed and I have not received any money. They will not refund me for the king and I have been dealing with them for 5 months back and forth. Waste of time and the blanket came out crappy, had black ink smeared all over it from their printer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND A HEADACHE
