Excellent experience with My Perfume Shop NZ. My order was due to arrive between 8-12 July, however there was a slight delay (which Aubrey kept me up to date with) and product arrived on 17th.

If I could do zero stars I would. Absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. 4 months past estimated delivery date. Still no revised delivery date. I have requested a refund now 6 times abd still waiting. Delay after delay after delay. I will never use this company again

I would have given 0 stars if there was one. I bought perfume online and was supposed to get it by 3 July 2026. I did not get it. When I enquired I was advised via email that it is delayed and they offered me other options. I said I want to get ny refund. To date they are just giving me other options but not my refund. I will be making a official complaint to the relevant authorities.

I absolutely love fragrance so I was very excited to find a site that sells genuine fragrance at a good price. The delivery takes a bit longer than some other places but it was certainly worth waiting. My Si fragrance was so much cheaper than other places. I will definitely purchase again!!!!

Deal with this company at your peril!
I have been asking for a refund because of some lame excuse about the Middle east, all I get is AI generated letters with “your options “.
I just want a refund they are insufferable.
Stay away and save your money and sanity.
Despite multiple requests for a refund they are still not accommodating.

A complete scam. Ordered start of April now it’s Mid July and still nothing. No product, no refund. They say you can get a refund if your order hasn’t shipped past the expected delivery date and i’ve seen their replies on here saying customers are able to cancel orders/request refunds on their end, which is absolutely not true.
You get zero response on whatsapp and email responses are AI generated. (basically nonexistent customer service) They’ll try to give you store credit or exchange your product to something else (anything to not provide a refund). once you reply saying you insist on a refund they vanish. Currently doing a dispute through my bank to try get my money back. Don’t waste your time here.

Myperfumeshop nz is a great perfume website with a huge selection at great prices, great customer support. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a purfume that wasnt in stock and they ofered me a credit or could wait till back in stock.when it was back in stock they sent me the bigger size and then a store credit for difference did have to send a few email in between to get sorted but they emailed back quite quickly

The product was as advertised and delivery was prompt. It's fabulous to be able to get a sample bottle of perfume just to try. It was beautiful and I ended up buying a large bottle. If it wasn't for the fact that I could sample it first I would have missed out on a beautiful perfume.

I bought a fragrance from this company because their pricing was very competitive compared to other fragrance sellers in NZ. It arrived in good time and I was very happy with my purchase. I'd definitely buy from them again if they had another item I wanted.

Just read your company update where you have tried to explain away your low consumer ratings. What a load of baloney. Perfume NZ another online perfume retailer based in the North Island of NZ has a Trustpilot score of 4.8 based on over 2000 ratings. Speaks for itself. Do not use this company, go to Perfume NZ which is a trusted, reputable long-term player in the market. Do not risk your money with a company that tries to explain away the low customer reviews received by painting a very different picture. Nobody believes you.
