Customer service were great in rearranging the delivery date and providing advice. The delivery people were efficient and pleasant. Am very pleased with the free pillows and the mattress itself is great.

Delivery men were awesome and carried the mattress up two flight of very narrow stairs for us. The mattress itself is very comfortable and feels quality. Arrived within a week of purchase. Very pleased

Wonderful experience. After having a bit of a nightmare with a John Lewis mattress I decided to use My Next Mattress as I needed a mattress in a hurry. I bought the Hypnos Legacy 2 Medium King Size after doing some research. The price was the best I could find online. The mattress was in stock and I could pick a delivery date within a few days of purchasing. I got an email & text the day before with an estimated delivery window then on the day a call when the guys were an hour away. Delightful father and son delivery ( up the Blues 💙 ) taken straight to the bedroom of choice. I’m delighted ( so far ) with my new mattress but have the option to swap it if I find need something firmer or softer to sleep on which is very reassuring when spending quite a bit of money. Happy customer. Well done team.

Delivered on time as promised. Good communication except that the delivery guys called and finally arrived about an hour before the expected slot advised the previous day.

Terrible customer service! Paul's as extremely rude. Have cancelled our order and will not use again. Spread the word!

The two men that delivered the bed were really helpful, polite well mannered.

They called to say they were 25 minutes away, arrived a few minutes early.

They fast efficient and left the room clean and tidy.

I would hesitate to recommend the company and staff.

First of all we had to beg to take the old Mattress away even we paid for. Now we cannot register for warranty. On the paperwork there is not batch number. I am 84 years old and wheelchair bound. When I called I was told the batch number is on the Mattress. Great now I have to get someone to find the batch number. No one will speak with me to register the warranty by phone,

I found it easy to get on the site and order the mattress. Lots of items to choose from and as it was Bank Holiday we got a deal where we got two pillows free too. We used a code and got a little bit of a reduction too. So pleased with the completed transaction! Looking forward to getting our delivery.

Delivered when required. Kept in touch but the mattress is brilliant

I would have given 5 stars, but I received a text saying the mattress had been delivered (when it hadn’t) however when I rang up, the delivery driver said they were in London, so that confused me! It later turned out to be a mix-up at head office and my mattress did in fact come in the allotted time.

Excellent - good quality mattress with good delivery service.

Ordering process was quick, helpful and straightforward. Delivery very prompt and efficient. Great that option to recycle the old mattress was available. And the mattress is incredibly comfortable. This is third time we have used MNM and their service has been excellent every time.

Something went wrong and got sorted, absolutely magical.

I made a choice of matress, at the time there was only one in stock. I attempted the purchase and it was rejected (I took a screen shot in part by way of proof and also I guess as a means to cover my own back), tried again but still it failed again. Finally managed to make the acquisition on the third occasion using another method.

Now I could have gone away and taken no further action, noting that it was rather late in the day. But because there was only the single matress left in stock and I was intent on having it. My intuition was telling me "Well its gone wrong twice, perhaps its worth following this one through". Wow, somehow! my cancelled payments had been brought back to life, consequently I'd been debited a total of three times.

On the phone in double quick time to Mynextmatress and promptly spoke to a gentleman by the name of Simon. He confirmed my worst fears, but was also able to shrug if off with the simpliet of ease. At that precise moment he was the best bloke in the world. No messing, no delay, job done.

I must emphasise it was panic stations, but none of the fault had anything to do with Mynextmatress, they simply picked up the pieces and put them back together again.

Please also note, the delivery was spot on and the matress is really good quality.Overall the complete package and I'm more than happy to give this review a 5*+ rating.

We live on the Isle of Wight but it was possible to get delivery here. The Hypnos mattress is excellent and was competitively priced.

Good price. Delivered on confirmed date. Would have helped to receive a confirmed window timing period for delivery.
