I placed an Order on May 2026 and immediately sent 2 emails requesting a correction. Unfortunately, I never received a response, and the item was delivered with the error still present. I am disappointed because I reported the issue right away and expected it to be corrected before shipment.

Ordering the custom picture was very easy and the order was completed in a timely manner and tracking was provided when the orders shipped.

My item wasn’t shipped out of their shop as of yet and at this time of writing and we are a week past the delivery date. I have requested to get an update on the updated shipping dates and haven’t heard anything from mindful gifts.

Can't recommend. I had a question about a product so I used their "Contact Us" link on their webpage twice with no response. Then I sent a separate email to their support team with no response. Then I thought I'd take my chances and just get it anyway but the promo code that their website gave me wasn't valid (and of course I'm not even going to try to contact support). I suggest getting the products somewhere else from actual people who will respond to you.

Request for Immediate Refund – Order #2202 or reshipment to correct address:

Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding Order #2202.

I received a notification stating that my package was delivered to my front door; however, the item was never delivered to my address.

After contacting USPS directly, I was informed that the shipment was delivered to an address in another state. I have repeatedly contacted your support team with this information and have received no response. The fact that there is no working phone number or direct contact method to resolve this issue is extremely concerning.

This item was intended to be a present for my wife’s 75th birthday. Not only was the shipment delayed for over two weeks, but it was also sent to the wrong address entirely. At this point, I feel I have been misled and would now like a full refund issued immediately.

If this is a reputable company, there should be a proper way for customers to contact and resolve issues without having to resort to public complaints or other measures.

Please respond promptly with confirmation that my refund is being processed.

As of 05/23/26, I wanted to provide an update and be fair in my review. I did receive my item, and it is absolutely beautiful! I would like to thank the support team for their help in resolving the issue.

The only recommendation I would still highly suggest is having a customer service telephone number available for ongoing issues or concerns, as that would make communication much easier for customers.

You charged me double and sent me double frames with the pictures BARELY VISIBLE. I want my money back.

The shipping information didn’t get know to me until the day before I received the item. Also the time it took me to get the item was a lot longer than anticipated it took 2 and 1/2 weeks.

Great experience; Allowed me to provide a personal touch with a polished look.

Good product and delivery time. You could do better on communications while the package is in transit. I was not able to track the package in route. It just showed up.

When ordering I not only had the wrong birthday for one of my grandchildren not once but twice. I contacted the company and Lin and the other employees correcting my mistakes were very gracious. It arrived in a timely fashion and my family loved it. Thank you so much.
