Rien ne c'est bien passé livraison très en retard
Les robes reçues non rien a voir avec celles commandées
Le site remboursement mais les frais de retour reste a votre charge et ils sont très élevés
sinon ils offrent généreusement un remboursement de 20% sur le total de la commande
En somme une arnaque
Je déconseille fortement ce site

This company should be transparent and state they are a Chinese company. Do not mislead customers with having an American address. I waited forever for my order when I finally received it it is completely different from what is online. The material is cheap thin and the design was printed on the fabric. The items I ordered had lace guess what this was printed on the fabric not real lace as advertised. Then they want to give me 20 % refund or return the product to China at my cost when they are at fault. These companies should be banned from America

I ordered 2 months in advance and was promised shipping in 15 days, I waited 20 and disputed with my credit card. Thank god for my credit card customer service, I was refunded completely after 30days.

Definitely a scam I ordered something from them. It never came. They won’t respond back to me. They won’t give me a refund. It’s ridiculous. It’s definitely a scam. Then the insurance that they offer only pays five dollars and then having hell trying to get that even terrible don’t buy from them.

Wish I'd looked here first. My order still hasn't shipped no tracking information I contacted company via there customer service email no response. They basically just stole my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Here is the deal. It's a Fake website.
Go to your credit card charge, cut n paste the merchant account into a search engine, contact the processing company for a refund. Send copy of your request to the Credit Card company fraud dept. Pester them every day for a refund. It took me 2 weeks,

First of all ,I never received a receipt/confirmation..the only reason I even got a tracking # was because of the .98¢ worry free purchase from SEEL..but of course could not track,was givin an email address(also from SEEL)sent msg..received what I was told status of package..contact them again as it's been a month..shows it had arrived at my address a week prior..I've talked to the person who sorts our mail(General delivery at our local store)..it's not there..so then I went to the Post office that delivers to our community..nothing...so msgd again asking for the shipping courier to Canada,sent me exact email as before saying delivered..I'm so pissed,I specifically chose them because the description stated cotton/linen,but after reading nothing but negative reviews about the cheap ugly knockoffs ppl are actually receiving,they can shove it up their ass..Facebook should be "Fact checking"these scam sites fricnken losers

I ordered a dress, tracking says it’s delivered. I haven’t received it. The tracking doesn’t register with Australia Post. Been totally ripped off. Spent nearly $80 . Pissed off

Die Kleidung sieht nicht so aus, wie sie abgebildet ist. Mit viiiiel Fantasie ähnelt sie grad so dem eigentlich Bestellten. Die Farben und Muster sind nur raufgedruckt. Details fehlen. Dadurch kann ich sie maximal als Schlafanzug oder zum Fasching nutzen. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir 50% Erlass angeboten. Dabei blieb es dann auch. Keine Erstattung und keine Reaktion mehr auf weitere Mails. Mega ärgerlich.

I ordered 4 items from this company. I emailed after the expected delivery date as I did not receive anything and requested to cancel. I didn't hear anything back. A week later I received a package with one item and it was child size and not the pictured quality. I sent an email they refused to refund me or make it right and stated I had a second delivery. Well needless to say nothing arrived so far and they will only refund 40% of the order or I need to jump thru hoops and send them this one incorrect skirt.

Safe yourself the headache don't order with them. Not worth it one bit.

scan - item is a piece of garbage - it is a screen printed piece of material skirt made to look like a ribbon skirt with the embellishments - likes the ribbon is sewed on. Ripping of Indigenous people and cultural appropriation.

I made two purchases, give away the opportunity. April 29, 2023 and May 13, 2023. I even intended to visit the boutique. The material of the HORRIBLE fabric, they are not cheap, and they do not take responsibility for anything. I tried to change 5/29/2023, 4 pieces out of 5 that I bought and because I did not have the label for that piece that I lost, I did not send it. In total those 4 pieces were $269.00 dollars. I paid the return shipping of $99.58 dollars with a discount for being an employee of airline where they give me a discount by Fedex, and they (Scarsa) wrote to me that I also had to pay the customs fee of $129.00 dollars. How funny! The return was going to be more than the purchase of the four pieces, which was $269.00 dollars. In the end, they did not refund your money, they give you a store credit. I did not pay the customs payment, I lost the four pieces because in the end the only credit I had was going to be $40.00 US dollars, I lost $269.00 dollars from the purchase, plus $99.58 dollars from shipping by Fedex. I did not pay customs $129.00 dollars, I lost the merchandise and my money. I imagine that seeing that I refused to pay the customs fee, they (Scarsa) pay it and sell the merchandise. According to Fedex, I did not have to pay customs because I had already paid for the shipment when I bought the merchandise and since it was a return, I did not have to pay customs. I HAVE ALL EVIDENCE! THE CLOTHES ARE NOT WHAT YOU SEE, THEY ARE OF POOR QUALITY! THE MODELS VERY BEAUTIFUL BUT THE MERCHANDISE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. IT WAS A VERY BAD DISAPPOINTMENT. THE MONEY I LOST AND THE MERCHANDISE MISSES YOU MORE THAN ME. I WISH YOU SUCCESS!

La devolución iba a ser superior a la compra de las cuatro piezas, que fue de $269.00 dólares. Al final no te devolvieron el dinero, te dan un crédito de la tienda. No pagué el pago de aduana, perdí las cuatro piezas porque al final el único crédito que tenía iba a ser de $40.00 dólares, perdí $269.00 dólares de la compra, más $99.58 dólares del envío por Fedex. No pagué aduana $129.00 dólares, perdí la mercancía, el envio y mi dinero. Me imagino que al ver que me negué a pagar el pago de aduana, ellis pagan y venden la mercancía. Según Fedex no tenía que pagar aduana porque ya había pagado el envío cuando compré la mercncía y como era una devolución no me tocaba a mí pagar aduana. Tengo todas las evidencias! LA ROPA NO ES LO QUE VES, ES DE MALA CALIDAD! LOS MODELOS MUY HERMOSOS PERO LA MERCANCIA DE MUY PESÍMA CALIDAD. ¡ES UNA PENA! FUE UNA MUY MALA DECEPCIÓN. Everything wrong with this merchant. Delivered something totally different from what I ordered and they would not accept responsibility for anything. No refund by way of sending the correct order. They want you to pay more for the correct item. Fabric cheap and nasty. They should be removed from Facebook as well. No stars

Son unos ladrones!!! No te hacen el envío. Son unos estafadores y además no responden a los emails, me han bloqueado de instagram y Facebook al escribir la opinión y todo. Horrible!!! Lo peor que he visto hasta ahora.

N’achetez jamais de cette compagnie. J’ai perdu beaucoup d’argent. Cette compagnie n’est pas américaine comme prétendue mais Chinoise. Le tissus n’est pas de bonne qualité et cette compagnie vous envoie des articles en remplacement que vous n’avez jamais commandés. En plus, les articles sont des copies de d’autres compagnies. FRAUDE!

I would give this company a -10 if I could. Total scam. In read the "about us" they state they are a company in California, they accept returns at the customers expense. What they leave out is they ship from China, and you have to return to China. I spent $34 for an outfit, cheap material, sizing totally off. I receive a $4 refund or I could have accepted a $16 store credit to buy more junk. Enough people have caught on, now I see the same ads on Facebook, same clothes models, but a different name to the store and website
