Buying from my liquorice was easy…
Buying from my liquorice was easy affordable and when I made a mistake on my order, one message and it was rectified immediately. So before my order was dispatched I had amazing customer service.
When I got the package I opened a pack and found the tastyest sweets I've ever eaten. I'm now the number one fan. I will be buying more. Mainly because I eat the gift I was meant to give a work colleague but also because they're soooo yummy!!

Brilliant Products
Everyone’s experience is different I suppose, but I have purchased 3 times now and my friend (who I bought for) stayed it was the most delicious liquorice she has tasted. I have to fully agree. Wonderful products, great customer service and a really easy website with lots of great options

Disappointing product, don't bother.
This is the third review I have written for this company, the other two were direct to My Liquorice, and I have heard nothing from them. It's a good job this wasn't a present or the recipient would have been disappointed. The packs of sweets are not labeled, so it's guess work as to what you are eating. They are not in resealable packs as advertised at the time, but heavy duty polythene that needed cutting with scissors. It is a random choice as to what flavours you are getting, they say "The contents may vary, depending upon stock availability" which is great, so how do I know what I am eating. Remember the liquorice covered tube with a white soft centre you get from Bassetts, well I think these are the centres to My Liquorice products, just with a different flavoured covering. It's not even a solid piece of good quality liquorice in the centre. Very disappointing, and not worth the money.

I am responding to your review of a My Liquorice Chocolate Gift Box which was delivered in the bags that are shown online (food grade clear plastic bags) and you did receive the normal main chocolates that are listed online (no substitutions) only 3 days after your order. We did reach out to you privately (twice) but have not had a response from you.
If customers E mail us or contact us through Messenger, then we respond to questions/ queries/complaints within hours normally. We actually pride ourselves on our Customer Care but as a review is giving your personal opinion on a product - we do not respond to these normally. It's all a matter of taste though and, like Marmite, some love liquorice, some hate but it seems to provoke a strong reaction in customers either way.
Whilst the product may not be to your taste, it is honestly not cheap as we import it from a Swedish company that has been making chocolate covered products for over 20 years and now makes 2500 tons/year. They are proud of using only the best of raw ingredients and produce a high quality product. Raw chocolate prices have soared and it is one of the most expensive products we have.
We have now tweaked the website to be clearer as per your comments regarding substitutions – we do NOT randomly substitute items and would always E mail first and it is an unusual occurrence (which we have to cover on the website).
We have relied upon the descriptions online in the past but now Gift Boxes have their own menu cards dispatched with them, so customer can see what is in their order.

Im super happy with the liquorice I ordered. The packaging was clear, nice to look at and resealable. The liquorice wa exactly what I wanted and the customer service was super helpful when I had a few questions about the delivery. All in all I'd 100% recommend this. Will be buying from them regually.

Disappointing and poor value, small bags!
Lots of packaging around very small bags of liquorice, nougat bar was broken as well. Poor value for money sadly.

We have an excellent Customer Service team - sadly they were not contacted before this review. Normally if an item is damaged in the post then we would replace or refund immediately. We have reached out to try to resolve this matter and when we didn't receive a response, we refunded you for the broken Nougat Bar. All the weights of our products are clearly stated on the website and in fact you even had an extra item free of charge.

Quick delivery, large bags, lots of choice. Banana Monkeys and Salty Milk Chocolate Liquorice are currently my favourites.

I have bought a few of the Liquorice's off my Liquorice, and honestly, have to say it's the best I've tasted, lots of selection, well packed, fast delivery, and my last order had a free pack of chocolate covered Liquorice absolutely delicious!!! Cannot praise this firm enough honest to goodness if you like Liquorice this is the place to buy, highly recommend 👍🙂

Where do I start it took me several weeks to order as I was a bit skeptical but I took the plunge and ordered the assortment .
They arrived quickly and if I'm honest they were eaten as quick I adore liquorice
These did not disappoint they are sublime sweet salty minty chilli chocolately you name it they do it . The only thing I can say it needs is a warning on the bags .once opened you will consume pretty quickly . I must thank Patricia for help in how to leave a review
The only problem I have is what to buy again

We did unfortunately have to cancel 1 small bag (150g) in your 7 bag (2400+g) order (due to issues with stock delivery) and an e mail regarding the refund is sent out automatically.
I understand that you are not happy about the missing bag and the system E mail.
However when you contacted us regarding it, staff explained and apologised immediately.
In fact all your e mails have been answered, with explanations and apologies. We did not ignore you - we never ignore customers, but it may take a day or two if it is non-urgent and we are busy. I could post the E mails below eg
customer -"I'm really disappointed that you didn't email and just refund. This is terrible customer service. I would of expected an email prior to a refund notification. This is a gift which is now ruined"
my liquorice -"I’m sorry you were disappointed but we do send out an e mail when we refund . Perhaps it went into your SPAM box?
Unfortunately stock is very hard to obtain in the Uk at the moment . Often we have orders which arrive minus items and I appreciate it is annoying .
Sometimes we hold orders if stock is due to arrive imminently. If it doesn’t then arrive, turns up damaged or is out of stock everywhere in the Uk ( due to some manufacturing issue) then there is nothing we can do but refund . We refund promptly and an E mail is generated automatically . We do not substitute as no two items are alike .

Order arrived a little slower than anticipated, but there was a postal strike going on at the time so I hardly fault my Liquorice for that. They have a good selection of both sweet and salty liquorice which is nice as I've had a hard time finding very salt liquorice.
