Great experience with My Liquorice. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, which I really appreciated.

The liquorice itself is of excellent quality.

If I could have given a zero rating, I would have done so.

After being repeatedly targeted by Facebook adverts, I suggested my son visit the My Liquorice website as he was looking for a Mother’s Day gift. In my opinion, the “free gift” promotion was not clearly explained. My son, likely working within a budget, ordered a smaller item and did not qualify, which I believe could have been avoided had the terms been presented more transparently.

In my opinion, the product quality is comparable to items readily available in local shops at a significantly lower price.

When I raised these concerns, I was advised to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

When reviewing a product, I tend to look at the lower ratings first. I noted that this company has received a number of such reviews. For a fuller understanding, it may be helpful to read the company’s responses, which, in my view, could be interpreted as lacking clarity and may come across as dismissive toward potential customers. This may not create the most positive impression for prospective buyers.

I’ve been buying liquorice from them for quite a time now
They have a very big selection, it’s hard to pick a favourite
You couldn’t eat a whole pack in one go, so I just keep em in the kitchen and eat them as and when
My only complaint is it takes a long time from ordering to delivery

I recently placed an order for passion fruit liquorice, which unfortunately after a good few weeks hadn't arrived. I emailed Customer Services & received a prompt reply stating they would find out what had happened in transit as the order had been sent out for delivery. "Myliquorice" tracked & found the product, asking me to check delivery instructions, whereby I noticed my postcode was incorrect, My Error, argh! They quickly got this amended with carrier & my order arrived successfully. Their customer service went above & beyond expectation, well done & thank you to Patricia! Now I am enjoying this delicious product, which is simply the best I've ever tasted!

I received my first order yesterday, I had ordered the 500g bag which came with a free 200g bag of my choice. I can honestly say I was made up with the variety in both bags. I have had liquorice from several countries but never as good as this. The variety, flavour and texture is as good as it gets. I can’t keep my hand out of the bag.
Such a great product, value and delivery.

I love liquorice and this company delivered high quality chocolate covered liquorice salty and regular. The service was excellent I'm glad delivery was by Royal Mail on time, I will be ordering again very happy.

Love liquorice but what was great about this company was the speed with which they sorted out an order issue. Speedy resolution and a sense of humour. Will happily order again.

This was advertised on Facebook which always makes me very wary. So this company really came as a surprise. Delivery was quick and exactly what was promised. The taste is most definitely the best liquorice I’ve ever tasted.

Liquorice lovers? This is the Mother Lode, the Holy Grail, the El Dorado for all things Liquorice! The choice is phenomenal with every texture, depth of flavour; from fruity or salty, boiled sweets, toffees, the mind just boggles and the mouth just drools with delight. On top of that customer service is top notch. Brilliant!!

I absolutely love My Liquorice sweets, and always keep a packet in my office. Whenever I'm reading through my emails, I'm also enjoying My Liquorice sweets. Such a lovely selection.
It was a good friend who introduced me to these sweets, so for her Christmas present, I bought 5 different packs and put them in a lovely hamper for her. She was thrilled!

Absolutely lovely tasting liquorice, so many flavours to choose from. Packaging is excellent, and quick delivery. Great email communication, order received, on its way and then expected delivery day and approximate time. Two packs given as gifts, gladly received and both friends have asked for more!

Really great selection of hard to find liquorice treats. Found my hubby’s childhood fave, liquorice pipes, after hunting high and low. He said it was the best stocking filler he’s had- ever!

The quality of the liquorice is very good. I have tried many of the different products from the My Liquorice Web site and they were all great - very moreish.
I would recommend these sweets to any serious Liquorice lover.

Hello every one and a happy new year. I placed a rather large order in December 2025 I am just about to run out of all the different liquorice products I purchased. I have to tell you it’s the best ever double chocolate comes to mind a lot however the were all lush I note I have just got a email of all the new products the have coming for winter I can’t wait.
