This product is absolutely miraculous! My eyelashes grow within weeks ,thick and dark.
I suffer from under an active thyroid which often means suffers lose their lashes and hair, however Mylash has reversed the fall out and returned my lashes to their pre illness lusciousness ! Buy you won’t be disappointed.

I gave a positive review in March due to the excellent customer service but I wanted to provide an update about the product. It is literally amazing. I have longer and thicker lashes than I have ever had. It is really easy to use and lasts over 3 months. If you have any doubts, don’t! My Mum is so impressed that she has decided to try them 😊.

Mylash has worked like a dream! When I soaked off my false lashes at the beginning of lockdown my lashes were so sparse and short I felt like crying! After 10 weeks of using Mylash they're longer and thicker than they've ever been. So happy with the results x

I am delighted with the service I have received. I was dubious when I read some of the negative reviews but I ordered my product on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday. The communication has been exceptional. Looking forward to my new lashes!!

This really has given me longer, thicker lashes. I did a lot of research making my first ever purchase for lash growth serum as the market is full of many products making awesome claims to longer lashes. I now have lashes longer than the previous lash extensions I had, this stuff really works and is well worth the extra expense. The customer service is also excellent. Totally recommend this product.

This is my first bottle of MyLash and at the age of 48 and a half, I’ve finally got long lashes - both top and bottom !! I was a bit sceptical, but I really wanted to try it, as I’d heard so much about it. I had eyelash extensions for the first time and I loved the length, but not the damage I felt they left, and cracked straight on with ordering a bottle - I seriously can’t believe it, I can’t wait to flicker my new eyelashes at my partner, when he comes home from overseas, where he’s been working - they’re so pretty and I’m only halfway there !

I wanted to order for a while and I finally did it. After reading the odd one or two bad reviews I started to panic so I contacted Mylash via email explaining that I had seen the reviews and was concerned about my order. How wrong was I!!!! Michelle from Mylash emailed back right away and completely put my mind at rest, she told me my order was on its way and reassured me everything was ok. I received a confirmation delivery date and another email confirmation with a 1 hour time slot. Im very pleased to say my item arrived this afternoon. Honestly ladies if your looking to order and have seen Any of these negative reviews that your worried about, please just email Mylash, they are amazing. It makes me so mad to think that I nearly didn’t order because of these false and nasty reviews. Thank you Mylash and Michelle, can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks time.

A really simple but effective lash serum. I have been using it for about 9 months now and the results really are spectacular.

Been using this for years and very happy with the results. I get a lift and tint every 6 weeks and my therapist cannot believe that my lashes are real. Recommend this to everyone

Hey this stuff really works!!
After having used Mylash a few weeks I could see that this treatment actually did make my eyelashes grow longer and thicker which is incredible as I previously used a number of serums which are available in Boots and online, but none of them worked at all.
Several of my friends have asked me if they are extensions as they have grown so long now. I would recommend Mylash to anyone who wants to avoid expensive eyelash extensions. This stuff really works.

I ordered the product over four weeks ago (payment was taken then also). I have emailed twice and I have not received a reply, let alone an acknowledgement. I am so disappointed. My friend recommended it and I was looking forward to trying it. Very poor customer service from such an expensive product

This treatment is abolutely AMAZING!!! I havee been using it now for about a year and I am hooked. People keep asking me where I get my extensions done because they look so real but I always let them know that they are my own natural lashes

Updating response to mylash who clearly know who I am as they initially responded by breaching confidentiality with my whole name and now they claim I am ‘anonymous’...very professional of you of course. I definitely would not recommend this company as their service is terrible and communication is awful. Payment was taken and I can always send this to trustpilot and I had to make a claim through my credit card company to refund the charges. They sent me a confirmation email when I made the order but then no updates on the order. When I attempted contacting them multiple times via the website and email, there was no response. I posted a review and Mylash previously reported it because they don’t want people to know that they don’t acknowledge orders and take payments and not refund. With a response that said they “rejected the order and no payment was taken”, well actually payment WAS taken, the order was NOT rejected and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and luckily I was refunded via my credit card company but not from Mylash directly. Either you pend payment until after it is confirmed and then charge customers or if money is taken, a customer expects their order to be delivered. At least reply to queries and emails and refund the customers so we do not have to leave bad reviews! I do not depend on the daily mail for accrediting you as a company as most of their articles are not dependable.

I have been using this product since April now and what can I say.. I've gone from short sparse eyelashes to very long and much thicker eyelashes. Eyelashes that I could've only dreamed off. My daughter has always used fake eyelashes but having seen mine wants to start using this too. She even said it looked like I had fake eyelashes on as they looked so beautiful! You have to persevere as the eyelash growth recycle is 3 months, so stick with it! The first bottle lasted me 4 months, applying every night. After the first 3 months apply every other night so subsequent bottles will last twice as long. I whole heartedly recommended this product. If you have short, barely-there eyelashes, stop searching for a miracle product. You've just found it! Buy it! Stop thinking about it, buy it!

I'm so grateful that I found MyLash! I had spent several years with my eyelashes growing to just a couple of millimetres long and then falling out. As well it making me feel very self-conscious, I walk a lot and in the winter, my eyes were constantly streaming due to having no lashes to keep the wind out of my eyes. Within 4 months of using MyLash, all my lashes had not only grown back, but they are thicker and fuller than before! Now I apply MyLash every 2-3 days, and this seems to maintain them and keep them looking their best. Very, very pleased with the result!

We ordered Latisse with Mylash a few weeks ago and have emailed twice to see if the order has been dispatched and have had no reply. Paid £100 and not heard anything since.

Mylash say they emailed to reject the order but no email was ever received and they ignored two emails chasing the order after that.

Funnily enough when I posted this review they have responded underneath.

There are two other reviews on this site saying exactly the same thing.

Why would they not accept people’s orders?

Yes, it is prima facie an expensive product - BUT, it works!
Think of all the hundreds of pounds people spend / waste on damaging falsies & extensions - this puts your Mylash purchases into perspective!

People always ask what my secret is - they stare at my lashes wondering how they can be so striking when they are clearly not fakes or obvious extensions.

There are lots of other products out there that do not work whatsoever and people get sucked in & complain when they don’t perform miracles. I am seeing so many on social media these days and the marketing is ridiculous.

Besides, buying from Mylash with their qualified consultants & years of trialling & research you can buy in absolute confidence. Why would people be so stupid as to pop just any old product in or around their precious eyes?? Beats me.

I also like that your delivery is signed for/recorded, which also gives you added security and confidence.
I don’t use tonnes of products, wonder creams or make-up, but Mylash is my wouldn’t-be-without luxury.
